Our Before & After School Care
Our Explorer program is designed to nurture Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts® in children starting at five years old. Your child can relax, make friends, get homework help and continue to learn while having fun as they explore creative expression, sports, technology, drama, music, games and more.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts

Health & Safety
Their health & safety. Our top priority.
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies
Our Before & After School Classroom Teachers & Staff

Mr. James Flores
Mr. James has been with Primrose for six years now! He embodies what it is to be a true Primrose teacher on a daily basis. His favorite thing about working at Primrose is the true connection he shares with his students and the bright smiles they give him. One of Mr. James’s strengths as an educator is his being able to relate to his students, really understanding their interests and needs, and allowing them to feel comfortable to fully engage in learning. Outside of Primrose, Mr. James is an avid writer and author of an adventure series called The Quest Saga.

Mr. Nathan Padia
Mr. Nathan is an enthusiastic participant in our Explorers classroom and is well known for his quiet manner and patience with his students.
