Health & Safety
Our daycare is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Below are just some of the things we do to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do.
-Maintain posted teacher-student ratios
-Continuous Health and Safety training for our staff, including CPR and First Aid certification and SIDS training
-Frequent handwashing for children and staff
-Daily (Infant and Toddler) and Weekly (Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten) washing of classroom toys and laundering of linens
-Regular disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces
-Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
-Children or staff showing respiratory illness symptoms, gastrointestinal disruption, rashes, or fever must remain home until symptoms subside or seen by licensed medical personnel

Ms. Bryant
My name is Ms. Bryant and I will be your child’s teacher! I am excited to share I have my Early Childhood Credentials and have been with Primrose since 2019! In my spare time, I enjoy playing games with my children and family. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your children this year and fostering a love for learning.
Ms. Faber
Hi, my name is Ms. Faber and I’m excited to be a part of the Primrose School of West Cary family. I have been working for Primrose Schools for over 25 years and have my North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials. I have two adult children that I enjoy spending time at the beach, watching movies, and more. I am an active member of the Apex Lions Club. I love working with children, they are little sponges and absorb so much information.
Ms. O'Shea
Welcome to the Pre-Kindergarten 1 Classroom. My name is Ms. O’Shea and I will be your child’s teacher. This year I am looking forward to getting to know my students and their families while helping them prepare for Kindergarten. I have experience teaching young children and am excited to be a part of the Primrose team. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, traveling and going to concerts.
Ms. Watson
Welcome to the Pre-Kindergarten 2 Classroom. My name is Ms. Watson and I will be your child’s teacher. Ms. Watson is an early childhood educator with more than 10 years of experience teaching young children in preschool programs. Ms. Watson uses the Balanced Learning® curriculum to help children develop early math concepts, including counting, pattern recognition, sorting, measuring, and problem-solving, helping children build a strong foundation in numeracy. In her spare time, Ms. Watson loves to travel with family and is an avid reader.
Ms. Philbrick
Welcome to the Pre-Kindergarten 2 Classroom. My name is Ms. Philbrick and I will be your child’s teacher. I recently relocated to the area and have over 14 years of Primrose teaching experience. I joined the Primrose School of West Cary in May 2023. In my spare time I enjoy scrap booking and spending time with my family. I’m looking forward to getting to know my students and working hard to prepare them for kindergarten!
