Mr. Archer began his journey with Primrose School of Tampa Palms in August 2023, but his connection to Primrose started long before that. Experiencing Primrose as both a parent and now as a school leader gives Mr. Archer a unique perspective on what families truly value in early education: safety, trust, and a genuine partnership between home and school.

With a background in hospitality and guest service from Publix, Walt Disney World Resort (Disney-MGM Studios), Busch Gardens, Chick-fil-A, and the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Mr. Archer brings warmth, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to exceptional care in everything he does.
