Executive Director of Operations

Dr. Shannon Reeves began her journey with Primrose in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience in education and a passion for leadership. She began as the Curriculum Director at Primrose School of Symmes, later serving as School Director before stepping into her current role as Area Director, where she now supports both the Symmes campus and the upcoming Ivy Pointe location.

Prior to joining Primrose, Shannon spent a decade teaching freshman English in a diverse public school setting. Though she loved the classroom, her true calling lies in educational leadership and cultivating positive school culture.

As both a leader and a parent — her daughter, Hannah, is a proud Primrose graduate — Shannon has seen firsthand the lifelong impact of a high-quality early childhood education. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. Shannon is honored to support the growth of students, teachers, and families during these formative years.
