Dr. Shannon
Dr. Shannon Reeves began her journey with Primrose in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience in education and a passion for leadership. She began as the Curriculum Director at Primrose School of Symmes, later serving as School Director before stepping into her current role as Area Director, where she now supports both the Symmes campus and the upcoming Ivy Pointe location.
Shannon holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, where her dissertation focused on crisis leadership—an area she explored while guiding a school community through the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Primrose, Shannon spent a decade teaching freshman English in a diverse public school setting. Though she loved the classroom, her true calling lies in educational leadership and cultivating positive school culture.
As both a leader and a parent — her daughter, Hannah, is a proud Primrose graduate — Shannon has seen firsthand the lifelong impact of a high-quality early childhood education. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. Shannon is honored to support the growth of students, teachers, and families during these formative years.

Ms. Sally
Sally has been a valued member of the Primrose family since 2015, bringing with her a deep love for children and a strong foundation in education and administration. A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she blends knowledge, warmth, and professionalism in her role.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful approach, Sally is passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment for both staff and families. Whether assisting a team member, comforting a child, or contributing to the smooth operation of the school, she leads with heart and dedication.
She believes every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and inspired — and she’s honored to be part of their journey. What Sally loves most about Primrose is being part of a community that truly values growth, connection, and the well-being of every child and team member.

Ms. Jill

Ms. Jennifer
Jennifer has been a valued member of the Primrose team since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience and dedication to her role as Education & Vendor Liaison. With a background in early childhood education, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and some college coursework, she is deeply committed to supporting both the educational environment and the operational excellence of our Primrose locations.
Jennifer is passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces for children, families, and staff alike. Her favorite part of the day is the joy and laughter that children bring into each classroom. She also thrives on the collaboration and camaraderie that define the Primrose community, which she proudly describes as a second family.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves unwinding with a great movie or TV show and finds inspiration in the color green, which brings her a sense of calm and creativity.
Jennifer’s kind spirit, supportive nature, and longstanding commitment make her an essential part of the Primrose family and a true advocate for children’s growth and development.

Ms. Courtney
Courtney has been a dedicated member of the Primrose Schools team since 2011. In her role as Executive Director of Health & Safety and New Onboarding & Training, she brings a passion for supporting staff development, fostering safe learning environments, and building strong, connected school communities.
Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Courtney grew up in a football family—her father and grandfather both coached in the NFL, and her grandfather also played professionally. Though football was a major part of her upbringing, Courtney found her own passion in basketball. Her journey has taken her from Miami to Seattle to Pittsburgh, and now to Mason, Ohio, where she plays a vital leadership role within the Primrose network.
Courtney is a proud graduate of Mason High School and earned her degree from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, spending time with her family, and recharging at the beach—her favorite place to relax and reflect.
Courtney’s favorite Primrose puppet is Erwin the Dog, and her work is guided by a deep belief in the power of connection, kindness, and positivity. She is committed to creating meaningful experiences for both staff and students and finds true joy in watching others grow and thrive.

Ms. Vannessa
Vannessa joined the Primrose Executive Board in August 2024, bringing with her a master’s degree in social work with an emphasis in Child Welfare and a strong passion for supporting families and early educators. As a proud mother of three, she has personally experienced the impact of Primrose Schools—her youngest child recently completed a year at the Primrose School of Symmes, growing in confidence and independence. Originally from Utah, her family spent several years traveling across the country during her husband’s travel nursing career before settling in Cincinnati. Though they miss the mountains, they continue to explore the outdoors through travel and have just ten states left to complete their family’s 50-state bucket list.
With a heart for service and a background in child and family welfare, she is passionate about creating a culture where educators feel empowered, supported, and valued. She believes that the people are what make Primrose special and is proud to help foster an environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.
Her favorite Primrose puppet is Percy the Rooster, who represents courage—an attribute she strives to encourage in both children and team members every day.

Ms. Jen
Jennifer joined Primrose in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a heart for early education. With over a decade in childcare, Jennifer has held nearly every role — from support and classroom teacher to Education Coordinator and Director. She brings a collaborative spirit and strong leadership to her role, always striving to support children, families, and staff alike.
Outside of school, Jennifer enjoys reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family. She’s a proud educator who knows firsthand how impactful a nurturing school environment can be.

Ms. Erika
Erika began her journey with Primrose in 2021 as a toddler teacher, where she spent over two years fostering curiosity, growth, and joyful learning in the classroom. Her passion for early childhood education and her natural ability to connect with families led her to her current leadership role as Assistant Director.
A proud mother of four, Erika brings warmth, empathy, and a vibrant energy to everything she does. She’s known for her positive spirit, love of laughter, and dedication to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and families.

Ms. Sharon
Sharon joined Primrose of Symmes in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for creating nurturing, engaging learning environments. As Curriculum Coach, she supports both teachers and students by weaving together structure, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences.
A proud mother of two adult children, Sharon brings both personal insight and professional dedication to her role. Her love for imaginative play — inspired by her lifelong admiration of Disney — shines through in her belief that learning should always be joyful. Outside of school, Sharon finds peace and balance spending time with horses, embracing the calm they bring to her busy life.

Ms. Robyn
With over 25 years of culinary experience, Robyn brings both heart and skill to her role as Chef at Primrose. From preparing nutritious meals to fostering warm connections with students and staff, Robyn’s kitchen is a place where love is served in every bite.
Outside of work, Robyn is a proud wife, mom, and grandma who enjoys photography and caring for her beloved dog, Sadie. Her big heart doesn’t stop with people — she even feeds the neighborhood deer! Whether in the classroom or the community, she’s always thinking of others.

Ms. Martha
Since 2015, Martha has brought warmth, patience, and years of experience to the Young Infant classroom at Primrose. With a bachelor’s degree in education and a nurturing approach, she provides the gentle care that helps even the youngest learners feel secure and loved.
Martha’s passion for teaching runs deep, and she finds joy in watching her little ones hit milestones and grow each day. Her calm nature and dependable presence make her a trusted partner for families and a beloved member of the Primrose team.

Ms. Sydney

Ms. Stephanie
Since 1999, Stephanie Adams has been a dedicated part of the Primrose family. With over two decades of experience and a CDA credential, she brings unmatched consistency and love to the infant classroom.
Stephanie is married with three children and enjoys boating and beach time with her family. She’s a firm believer in creating calm, nurturing spaces where the youngest learners feel safe and supported.
Though she loves all the Primrose puppets, it’s the families she serves and the coworkers she works alongside that make Primrose such a special place for her. For Stephanie, teaching is a calling — and Primrose is home.

Ms. Haley

Ms. Maria
Maria joined Primrose in 2016 and has become a trusted and caring guide for infants during their first school experiences. With a kind heart and patient nature, Maria helps even the tiniest learners feel safe, seen, and loved.
Outside of school, Maria enjoys reading, hiking, and being part of not just one — but three! — book clubs. She values time outdoors with her family and always brings a sense of calm and warmth into the classroom.
Her favorite puppet is Libby the Lamb, and she appreciates the kindness and caring nature of her coworkers. For Maria, it’s the children’s sweet smiles and daily progress that make each day so rewarding.

Ms. Emily
Emily became part of the Primrose family in 2023, bringing a deep understanding of child development and a heartfelt commitment to supporting young children. With degrees in psychology and sociology, Emily is passionate about nurturing each child’s emotional and developmental journey in the young toddler classroom.
Born in Middletown and raised in South Point, Ohio, Emily moved to Cincinnati for her graduate studies and quickly found her place at Primrose. Outside of work, she enjoys astrology, psychic readings, and making connections with those around her.
Her favorite puppet is Libby the Lamb, and she cherishes the strong sense of family and support that Primrose provides to both staff and children. Emily finds joy in the relationships she builds and the positive difference she makes every day.

Ms. Christy
Christy brings decades of experience and a heart for toddlers to her role at Primrose. She has worked with children since 1998 and continues to share her passion for child development in the young toddler classroom.
When she’s not at school, Christy enjoys the great outdoors — especially camping, boating, and cheering on her son at the hockey rink. She’s also a proud dog mom to three pups and a dedicated Mason High School hockey fan, where her son will be a senior this year.

Ms. Amber
Amberly joined Primrose in 2024 and brings a nurturing spirit and a strong commitment to child development to the Toddler classroom. Her journey into early childhood education began in 2015 with the birth of her son, Landon — an experience that ignited her passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive.
Amber is known for her caring nature, patience, and ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for toddlers. She finds joy in guiding children through their developmental milestones and being part of their daily discoveries.

Ms. Lillee
Lillee joined the Primrose team in 2024 and brings energy, positivity, and a passion for early childhood development to the Toddler classroom. A graduate of Fairfield High School, Lily is known for her hands-on, encouraging approach as she helps little ones explore, grow, and discover their unique personalities.
Outside of school, Lily enjoys staying active at the gym, cheering on the Bengals, and spending time outdoors. She’s also excited to be getting married this fall — a joyful milestone she’s proud to share with her Primrose family!

Ms. Elizabeth
Elizabeth joined Primrose in 2023 and brings a thoughtful, nurturing presence to every classroom she supports. As a proud mother to her daughter Emily and a lifelong learner, Elizabeth understands the importance of patience, care, and encouragement in a child’s early years.
A former Primrose student herself, Elizabeth is proud to have come full circle and now support the next generation of learners. In her free time, she enjoys reading and crocheting — always creating with love and purpose.

Ms. A’Niyah

Ms. Vibitha
Originally from India, Vibitha joined Primrose in 2023 and brings with her a rich academic background and a passion for education. With a master’s degree in Communication and Philosophy, she supports her students with compassion, curiosity, and a global perspective.
Vibitha enjoys spending time with her family and takes great joy in inspiring young learners to be curious and confident. Her calm and nurturing presence helps children feel secure and ready to explore new ideas.

Ms. Korie
I’ve been working in childcare for five years, and the best part of my job is hearing the kids laugh and watching them learn and grow every day. I believe in fostering creativity, just like the stories in my favorite Dr. Seuss books. When I’m not with the kids, you can find me painting, experimenting with makeup, or relaxing with my three dogs (Carlie, Remy, and Cooper) and some good music or reality TV. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it’s all about gratitude and good company!

Ms. Rachel

Christy has been in early childhood education since 1994 and joined the Primrose family in 2013. With experience across every age group, Christy brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for guiding young learners through their earliest school years.
Outside of Primrose, Christy is a professional face painter and runs her own business — a fun, creative outlet that pairs perfectly with her artistic and imaginative classroom style.

Ms. Angelina
Angelina joined Primrose in 2021, and from the very beginning, she’s been passionate about creating a classroom environment where children feel inspired and celebrated. Her love of learning and calm demeanor make her a wonderful guide for students preparing for kindergarten and beyond.
Angelina is a dedicated reader who averages 250 books a year — when she’s not working, you’ll find her lost in a novel or spending time with her two sweet dogs. Her quiet joy and steady presence bring a sense of comfort and consistency to her classroom.

Jessy has been teaching at Primrose since 2015, and her impact in the Kindergarten classroom is nothing short of magical. With advanced degrees in education and a love for early learners, Jessy creates a learning environment that is both structured and full of joy.

Jammie has been a devoted member of the Primrose family since 2015, bringing nearly a decade of care and experience to the Infant Room. With a calm, nurturing presence, Jammie creates a peaceful and loving environment where even the tiniest learners feel safe, supported, and cherished.
Born in Iowa and raised in Ohio, Jammie is one of six siblings and a proud mom to a fun-loving 3-year-old son. Outside of school, she enjoys boating and camping with her family, embracing the outdoors and making memories together.

Kimmiee became part of the Primrose team in 2024 and quickly made her mark with her upbeat attitude and love for children. In her role as support staff, she brings positivity and flexibility to every classroom she visits.

Ms. Heather
Heather joined the Primrose family in 2023, bringing with her over 32 years of experience in early childhood education. With a lifelong love for working with children and a natural gift for building connections, Heather provides warm, consistent support throughout the school and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
She is a proud mom of two and loves working alongside her “work daughter,” Amber — a relationship that brings her both joy and laughter every day. Whether she’s supporting a classroom, comforting a child, or sharing a smile with a colleague, Heather brings heart and positivity wherever she goes.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati, with a focus on Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology — a path that reflects her passion for child development and hands-on learning.
Outside of school and work, Kaitlyn enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s also an avid traveler who loves discovering new places and making memories along the way.
