Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Emily
Emily became part of the Primrose family in 2023, bringing a deep understanding of child development and a heartfelt commitment to supporting young children. With degrees in psychology and sociology, Emily is passionate about nurturing each child’s emotional and developmental journey in the young toddler classroom.
Born in Middletown and raised in South Point, Ohio, Emily moved to Cincinnati for her graduate studies and quickly found her place at Primrose. Outside of work, she enjoys astrology, psychic readings, and making connections with those around her.
Her favorite puppet is Libby the Lamb, and she cherishes the strong sense of family and support that Primrose provides to both staff and children. Emily finds joy in the relationships she builds and the positive difference she makes every day.

Ms. Christy
Christy brings decades of experience and a heart for toddlers to her role at Primrose. She has worked with children since 1998 and continues to share her passion for child development in the young toddler classroom.
When she’s not at school, Christy enjoys the great outdoors — especially camping, boating, and cheering on her son at the hockey rink. She’s also a proud dog mom to three pups and a dedicated Mason High School hockey fan, where her son will be a senior this year.
Her favorite puppet is Erwin the Dog, and she loves the joyful spirit of the children and the camaraderie of her coworkers. Christy’s warmth and consistency help make the Primrose experience special for every child she meets.

Ms. Amber
Amberly joined Primrose in 2024 and brings a nurturing spirit and a strong commitment to child development to the Toddler classroom. Her journey into early childhood education began in 2015 with the birth of her son, Landon — an experience that ignited her passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive.
Amber is known for her caring nature, patience, and ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for toddlers. She finds joy in guiding children through their developmental milestones and being part of their daily discoveries.
Her favorite puppet is Benjamin the Bear, and what she loves most about Primrose is the warm, friendly atmosphere and the supportive team that makes every day feel like home. For Amber, watching the children grow is more than rewarding — it’s the reason she shows up with a smile each day.

Ms. Lillee
Lillee joined the Primrose team in 2024 and brings energy, positivity, and a passion for early childhood development to the Toddler classroom. A graduate of Fairfield High School, Lily is known for her hands-on, encouraging approach as she helps little ones explore, grow, and discover their unique personalities.
Outside of school, Lily enjoys staying active at the gym, cheering on the Bengals, and spending time outdoors. She’s also excited to be getting married this fall — a joyful milestone she’s proud to share with her Primrose family!
Her favorite puppet is Molly the Cow, and what she loves most about Primrose is the supportive leadership, incredible coworkers, and the wonderful families she gets to work with every day. For Lily, helping children learn and witnessing their milestones firsthand is not just rewarding — it’s why she loves what she does.
