Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ashton
Ms. Ashton has been working in childcare since 2013 and loves teaching, especially seeing children take what they’ve learned and apply it to new experiences. She has held various teaching roles at our school before joining the dynamic Pre-K team in 2019.
Ms. Ashton is passionate about keeping her students engaged and maintaining an organized, productive classroom. She partners with Ms. Welch to bring education to life, preparing students for Kindergarten and beyond.
In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and watching OU football. We have loved having Ms. Wright as part of our team and appreciate the dedication and energy she brings every day!
Charity
Ms. Charity has been working in childcare since 2015 and loves witnessing the “aha” moments when students master skills they once struggled with. She has been an integral part of our dynamic Pre-K team since 2019.
Ms. Charity excels at bringing learning to life, engaging with each student at their level, and ensuring they are fully prepared for Kindergarten and beyond.
In her free time, she enjoys calligraphy, gardening, and exploring new coffee shops with her husband. We have loved having Ms. Welch as part of our team and truly value the creativity and dedication she brings to our classrooms!
Jacqueline
Ms. Jackey began her journey in childcare in 2025 and loves seeing children happy while being part of their learning journey. She brings energy, care, and enthusiasm to every classroom she works in.
In her free time, she enjoys attending Thunder games and spending quality time with her family and friends. We have loved having Ms. Jackey as part of our team and appreciate the positivity she brings each day!
