Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Early Preschool Classroom Teachers & Staff
Karen
Mrs. Karen has been working in childcare since 2005 and brings years of experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to her role. She loves watching children grow and develop, and enjoys how they keep her on her toes each day.
Originally born in the UK, Mrs. Karen later moved to New Zealand, where she continued her career in childcare before eventually settling in Oklahoma.
In her free time, she enjoys going for walks with her husband, reading, and spending time with her family. We have truly loved having Mrs. Karen as part of our team and appreciate the care and experience she brings to our school!
Courtney
Ms. Courtney has been working in childcare for four years and finds it incredibly rewarding to watch children learn, grow, and thrive. She brings warmth and enthusiasm to every classroom she is part of.
In her free time, Ms. Courtney enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new experiences. We have loved having her as part of our team and appreciate the positivity and dedication she brings each day!
Alana
Mrs. Alana has been working in childcare since 2023 and loves watching children absorb new information and life skills like little sponges each day. She brings curiosity and encouragement to every classroom she works in.
In her free time, Mrs. Alana enjoys crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her English Bulldog, Olivia Mae. We have loved having her as part of our team and appreciate the care and creativity she brings to our school!
Sarina
Ms. Sarina has been working in childcare since 2023 and loves seeing the children develop and grow each and every day. She brings enthusiasm and care to every classroom she works in.
In her free time, Ms. Sarina enjoys camping, painting, playing video games, and all things outdoors. We have loved having her as part of our team and appreciate the energy and positivity she brings to our school!
Sierra
Ms. Sierra began her journey in childcare in 2026 and loves working with children, being part of their fun and learning experiences. Seeing their excitement and energy always brightens her day.
She also enjoys serving in her church, and outside of that, she loves spending time outdoors and playing with her dog, Snickers. We have loved having Ms. Sierra as part of our team and truly appreciate the joy and dedication she brings each day!
