We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

My name is Emily and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I’m so excited to be part of Primrose and get to know your child, and help them to grow and learn. I love to help provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing space for each child to learn and meet each milestone.

Child Care/Teaching Experience: 10 years working with infants and toddlers, with experience as an assistant director.

Hi there! I’m Ms. Alondra, I wanted to let you in on some things about me 🙂
Experience: I’ve been working with children for over 7 years now. During this time, I’ve enjoyed being a nanny, infant teacher, toddler teacher, and assistant director at a local preschool. I absolutely love nurturing creativity, curiosity, and kindness in children, making every day feel special and fun!
I can’t wait to bring a nurturing and safe environment for your little ones to learn, grow and succeed!
Favorite thing about working with children: watching them grow confident within themselves and getting to meet their silly side.
Favorite holiday: Hands down Christmas! I get to spend time with my family and eat our traditional food.
Pets in the home : I have a playful Jack Russell named Rosie who keeps me on my toes and makes every adventures extra fun!
In my personal time: I love to craft/color, hike and just explore. My guilty pleasure is building a new lego set and finding great food places! ( recommendations accepted )
