Benita and Mike Casey
Hello Parents!
We are Benita and Mike Casey, Owners of the Primrose School of Prosper and the Primrose School of Windsong Ranch.
Mike and I routinely get asked, “How did you get involved with Primrose, more specifically childcare?”. When I was a teenager, I would take care of toddlers while moms completed their errands. I loved the playfulness and inquisitive nature of their young minds and even wrote an essay in high school about my desire to own a childcare. I continued to care for young children throughout my college years, developing a realization that working parents needed quality childcare.
Although both of our careers began in traditional business roles, the dream of owning a childcare never faded. In 2007, we began to research the childcare industry and landed with Primrose Schools. We have been involved with Primrose Schools for over 14 years and strongly believe in Primrose Schools’ Vision and Mission. Our sons thrived at Primrose in their educational development and were prepared for elementary school and beyond. However, they also demonstrated other life skills such as respect for others, honesty, and responsibility; skills reinforced daily by our Primrose Friends.
Mike earned his MBA from Texas A&M, and I graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Texas. We have a combined 68 years of professional experience in leadership and operations while delivering exceptional customer service. We bring these tenured skills every day to our schools, teams and families.
As Owners, we are actively involved in the school operations and are on-site daily, interacting with our team, families and children. The children enrolled in our schools are an extension of our family and we love and care for each of them as our own. We embrace an open-door policy and welcome prospective, current, and former families to meet with us anytime. Please stop by to say Hello!
Frequently Asked Questions

How do you support school readiness and the transition to kindergarten?
All of our programs are designed in age-appropriate ways to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.
