My name is Taylor Dilworth, and I am honored and excited to serve as the Executive Director of Primrose School of Preston Meadow. I started working for the Rigley Primrose Group in 2014, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with an organization that has played such an important role in my professional journey and passion for early childhood education.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resources and bring experience in education, leadership, administration, and family engagement. I am passionate about supporting children, families, and educators while creating a welcoming and nurturing school community.

Outside of work, I am a wife and proud mom to a baby boy. Becoming a mother has given me an even deeper appreciation for the trust families place in us each day and the importance of providing children with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and working alongside our wonderful team to create a positive and enriching experience for every child.

Hi, my name is Stephanie Jimenez, and I am thrilled to be the Education Director at Primrose School of Plano at Preston Meadow.

I was born and raised in Plano, TX. I love hiking and going fishing with my family. Sculpting, arts, and all craft things is my absolute favorite! Love for shopping and anything girly!

I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 2 years, working with all age groups. Previously worked in customer service.

Being a part of the Rigley group for over 2 years has been so rewarding and I love being able to watch children grow and seeing smiles on families faces!

I have dedicated my heart and soul to my career! I am so excited to be a part of an amazing leadership team!

Hi, my name is Ally and I was born and raised in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, where I grew up with one older brother and four younger siblings. Helping care for my younger siblings sparked my passion for working with children from an early age. I earned my Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and have built an extensive background in Early Childhood Education.

My husband, Balint, and I recently made Dallas our new home after meeting in New Jersey. We also have a six-year-old Foxhound/German Shepherd mix named Nova, who keeps life fun! Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, relaxing by the pool, or listening to country music.

I am passionate about creating a nurturing and safe environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. I look forward to partnering with our teachers, families, and leadership team to support high-quality early childhood education and help ensure every child receives the care, encouragement, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.

Hi! My name is Maria, and I am so happy to be a part of the Primrose team. I was born and raised in Columbia South America, and moved to Texas at the age of 21.  I am a proud mother of a 28 year old ambitious daughter, who is currently experiencing life in Hawaii.   In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and gardening.

My passion has always been to cook. I have been in the culinary industry for over 28 years, and truly enjoy it. I am always getting feedback about how wonderful I make the school smell with my cooking.  The children  are always so happy when I enter their classroom.  I get greeted daily with a smile and a “Ms. Maria!” The show of excitement on their little faces about what Ms. Maria made them today is priceless. Maybe one day I will open up my own little cafe.

Hello! My name is Ms. Joshi and I have 10 years of experience in childcare, and I truly love teaching and nurturing young children. Children’s natural curiosity and endless sense of wonder make early childhood education such a meaningful and rewarding profession. It brings me so much joy to be part of each child’s journey as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Master of Science in Marine Biology. Outside the classroom, I enjoy arts and crafts, designing jewelry, and cooking. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and I love celebrating the many cultural traditions that bring people together. At home, I also enjoy my longtime aquarium filled with angelfish.

Hello! My name is Rahmalia, and I am happy to be part of the Primrose School of Preston Meadow family! I was born and raised in Indonesia and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a major in Business Management.

My name is Ms. Aniah, and I am originally from Wisconsin. I moved to Texas in 2020 for school. I graduated from UNT with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. I love working with kids and always knew I wanted to work with kids in one form or another.

I have 4 siblings, 3 older and 1 younger. My Mom had us alternating in boy-girl order. I was the first of my siblings to graduate from College!

I recently moved to Plano, and I looking forward to teaching your little ones!

I joined Primrose in August 2022. I have 18 years of experience working with children.  I was born in Mexico, and moved to Texas when I was three. I was raised in Plano along side my two sisters. I graduated from Plano East Senior High, and I am passionate about learning new skills. I enjoy travelling to new cities or country’s when I get the chance to visit. As for my hobbies, I enjoy going to the movies and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy teaching children and my favorite age to teach is 2 1/2 – 3 year old’s. I love being able to work with children and be apart of their educational journey.

Hi, my name is Ms. Preetham! Preetham in Sanskrit, an ancient language of the Indian subcontinent, mean “one who is adored or loved.” I’m a millennial mom and a first generation in my family to relocate to another country. I am very quiet but at work, I am focused and outgoing!

Outside of work, I’m an avid foodie and my culinary skills have quite a reputation. I love travelling with friends and family. A recent tri[ to NASA at Huston was extremely memorable, given that I have always been curious about our existence in this vast Universe. During my free time I like listening to music and I enjoy Mexican and Indian Cuisine.

I am Neeraja born in India. I completed my post graduation from S.V. University in India. I have a small family including my husband and one son. In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends!

I love interacting with children. They carry so many cute moments. I have worked with children for over 7 years, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I worked for 2 years at schools and a college in India before coming to Texas.

My name is Ms. Melisa, and I am 22 years old. I love working out and doing outdoor activities such as walking or going to the park with my dog. I love animals and I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I love to hang out with my friends and try out new restaurants. In my downtime, I enjoy reading and listening to audio books. I can always recommend a great book!

My favorite thing about working with children is getting to teach them and making them laugh!

My name is Alexis, but I prefer to go by Lexi. I lived in Oklahoma before I moved to Texas with my Dad and two little brothers. My Dad retired from the Navy in 2023 and now works as a Para in an Elementary School.

I’ve had a passion  to paint and write ever since I was young and always shared my stories with my brothers. In my free time I like to go walking or hiking. I also read and draw and I love watching rainstorms. I have a pet snake that I take on walks with me.

My favorite thing about working with children is giving them a safe place to learn and discover themselves.

I’m Ms. Karien and I wanted to tell you a little about myself!

I am Peruvian and I moved to the US with my family. This new chapter of my life has been full of learning , growth, and exciting opportunities. I have two daughters. One of the main reasons we moved is because my daughter is training gymnastics at a high level. She represents Peru in international events.

I am very proud of my Peruvian roots. I love Peruvian food and always enjoy preparing traditional dishes at home. At the same time, since my husband is American, I have also embraced American food and customs.

I am a teacher and have worked with children for many years. Teaching is truly my passion. I love helping children learn, grow, and discover their potential. Primrose has welcomed me with warmth and respect. This school has allowed me to apply my experience and continue learning, especially from the rich cultural diversity around me.

Hello! My name is Ms. Farzaneh and I moved from Houston to DFW to start a family. I have 3 years of childcare experience and graduated college with a Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology.

I love music and harmony and how they effect all aspects of our lives. I love working with children because I love how curious and imaginative they are.  Seeing them explore science, and using music to turn simple activities into fun learning makes me full of enjoy.

I worked at a Primrose in Houston for two years and I’m excited to continue my Primrose journey here in Plano!

My name is Ms. Esete but I also go by Ms. Mimi. I was born in raised in Ethiopia and lived most of my young adult years in Canada. I moved to the states 6 and a half years ago to join my husband. I have two kids, ages 4 and 7. I did all my education in Canada. We moved to Texas 3 years ago from California. In my personal time I enjoy being around my children, going to church, and passing my traditions to my children.

I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Business Operations.

Hello! My name is Ms. Emma, and I am 21 years old. I grew up in Texas my whole life along side my Mother and Grandmother. My favorite color is sky blue, which is also why I love looking at the clouds. I also love watching the sunset while I paint. I mostly do photography, or any type of creative projects in my free time. I have always been a very creative individual ever since I was a little kid. I’ve been doing photography for about 2 years now and I plan to make it my full-time career in the future.

Aside from me, I really enjoy working with children. I have over a year of childcare experience. There is never a dull moment and there is always something new and fun to expect!
