Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Dipika Khatri
Hello, my name is Dipika Khatri.
I am excited to be working at Primrose School of Paramus. I have been working in childcare for over two years. I love helping children grow and develop.
I attended Mumbai University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with children is truly rewarding.
I have two wonderful children who are my life. My family and I love spending time playing board games, traveling and watching movies.
I have been married for eleven years. I love cooking, trying different foods and listening to music.
I am honored to be part of the Primrose School of Paramus Family.
Caitlin Chin
Hello, my name is Caitlin!
I am a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher Assistant at Primrose School of Paramus. I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a minor in Digital Communications, Information, and Media.
I have experience tutoring children ages 3–7, and I really enjoy helping children learn and grow. I love seeing their personalities develop and supporting them as they learn new things and build confidence. I hope to build a strong relationship with each child and help create a fun and welcoming classroom environment.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also have a dog named Marley, whom I love spending time with!
