Hi I am Sophia Kennedy! I am originally from Haslet, Texas and have been with Primrose since 2021! I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Louisiana State University. I have worked in childcare for many years and loved each and every moment of seeing children grow. One fun fact about me is that I collect Vinyl Records of all music genres. As the Director I support, assist, train, and educate our Teachers, Children and our Parents as they our enrolled at our school. I can not wait to welcome you and your family to our school!

Hi I am Jennifer Stokes! I grew up in the RGV, and recently moved to Midland from San Antonio. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Bachelors’ in Agricultural Sciences with a Texas Teachers Certification. I have served in teaching and leadership roles within Early Childhood Education for 10 years. I am so proud to say that 8 have been with Primrose! As our schools’ Education Director, I support teachers through professional implementation and improvement. In my free time I love to run, listen to music, and cook for my husband and 2 kiddos!

Hi I am Lupe Caro! I am originally from Spearman, TX and recently moved to Midland, TX a couple years ago! I have multiple years of experience in childcare in all age groups from Infants to Early Preschool age. I have one special daughter of my own, and she is my pride and joy! As a mom and an educator I want to ensure children leave Primrose as kind humans and ready to take on the world. As a Administrative Assistant, I assist with enrollment, education as well upkeeping our teachers and their training. We are excited to welcome you and your family to Primrose!

Hi I am Kassy Roach! I am originally from Seminole, TX though I have spent the last 25 years calling Midland my home! I have multiple years of experience working alongside children in all stages of early education. I have had the opportunity to work alongside children in the classroom and now with my new role I support all children in our school! I have four children and two grandbabies that keep us busy but they are our pride and joy! As a Curriculum and Administrative Assistant I help guide teachers with implementation of curriculum alongside supporting my fellow leadership team with administrative duties! I have been with the Primrose School of Midland since 2025 but I had the opportunity to work over at another Primrose in Houston a couple years ago and love to be apart of your families Primrose journey!

Primrose Character you most relate to: The Primrose Character I most relate to is Benjamin the Bear! As I like to be generous to others I also like to teach how to be generous to all our students!

What I love most about working with children: I love working with children as it is a joy to watch them grow and reach milestones! Especially working alongside infants they achieve milestones each day!

I have over 4 years of working in childcare. I graduated from college in 2024 with a bachelor degree. My favorite thing about working with children is being able to experience daily laughter and receiving heartfelt affection.

Here are some interesting things about myself!

In my home we speak both english and yoruba!

In my personal time I love spending quality time with my children, we go shopping, spend time at the park or sit at home and watch a movie together!

My favorite holiday is thanksgiving. Having everyone come together as a family. All hands on deck in the kitchen while we talk and crack jokes is my favorite.

Hi there, I am Miss. Cheyenne!

I have over four years of experience working with children. I graduated from Freer High School. My favorite thing about working with children is getting to know each of their unique personalities and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and supported every day.

Here are some interesting things about myself!

My favorite holiday is Christmas because I love seeing all the beautiful decorations and lights.

One of my favorite family traditions is traveling to New Mexico every Christmas, which is a special time to spend quality time together. I also have a Mini Australian Shepherd named Mazie, who is an important part of my life.

In my personal time, I enjoy shopping, hunting, and spending time with family.
