Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Kassy Roach
Hi I am Kassy Roach! I am originally from Seminole, TX though I have spent the last 25 years calling Midland my home! I have multiple years of experience working alongside children in all stages of early education. I have had the opportunity to work alongside children in the classroom and now with my new role I support all children in our school! I have four children and two grandbabies that keep us busy but they are our pride and joy! As a Curriculum and Administrative Assistant I help guide teachers with implementation of curriculum alongside supporting my fellow leadership team with administrative duties! I can’t wait to meet you and your family! Welcome to Primrose!

I’m Mrs. Alondra! I wanted to tell you a little about myself. During my free time I love to watch movies and find ways to relax! I have been with the Primrose family since 2024 and love to be apart of your families Primrose journey!
Favorite Children’s Book: “Pigs make me Sneeze”, as it is one of my classes favorite books!
Primrose Character you most relate to: The Primrose Character I most relate to is Molly the Cow! Not only does she remind others to be respectful she is studious and loves to share math with the students!
What I love most about working with children: I love working with children as everyday is something different! They also always keep me on my toes with their unique and silly personalities!
