I’m excited to be part of the Primrose School of The Mid-Cities family. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I am a proud mom of two and have dedicated more than 20 years to early childhood education, including 15 years in leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for creating high-quality programs through effective compliance, thoughtful program structure, and operational efficiency. I believe that strong systems and supportive leadership create an environment where teachers can thrive, families feel confident, and children have the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish.

Outside of work, I enjoy being a plant mom and an avid traveler. I especially love traveling abroad, experiencing different cultures, exploring new places, and creating unforgettable memories.

I’m committed to building and maintaining a strong program where families feel safe, heard, and valued, while ensuring that every child receives the exceptional care, support, and learning experiences they deserve. Hello! My name is Anastasiia Kasper, and my journey with Primrose began in 2022 at Primrose School of The Mid-Cities. Since joining, I have absolutely loved being part of this wonderful community!

My passion for working with children started in Ukraine, where I was born, raised, and earned my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2011. Since then, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds, and no matter how much time passes, children continue to bring joy and inspiration to my life.

In 2014, I moved to the United States and settled in Chicago, Illinois, where I met my wonderful husband. Together, we have three beautiful children—our son, James, and our two daughters, that were born after we moved to Texas in 2021.

I am beyond thrilled to be part of the Primrose family and to ensure that every child in our community is cared for, supported, and nurtured by our amazing teachers. I look forward to building strong relationships with our students and families and making a positive impact in their early learning journey!

I began my journey with Primrose School of The Mid-Cities in August of 2000, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I chose Primrose because of my love for working with children, and over the years, that passion has only grown.

Hello! My name is Jaqauvia Wilson, and I have been a dedicated member of our team since August 2021. As the Lead Infant Teacher I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where every baby can grow, learn, and thrive.

I believe the first years of life are the foundation for future learning, and I enjoy helping infants reach important developmental milestones through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions. Building strong relationships with each child and their family is important to me, and I strive to provide individualized care while creating a classroom where every child feels valued, secure, and encouraged.

Fun Fact: I love music and enjoy incorporating it into our classroom. One of my favorite things is teaching the little ones to dance as we sing, move, and learn together. Watching their smiles and excitement makes every day rewarding!

Hi, I’m Mrs. Hernandez, and I’d love to share a little about myself! I have been a part of the Primrose family for almost 30 years, starting my journey in 1996.

I truly love working with young children because, for them, every experience is new and exciting. Each day brings a sense of wonder and adventure, making my job incredibly rewarding. One of my favorite moments in the classroom is watching the children dance and fully immerse themselves in the music—their joy is contagious!

My favorite children’s book is “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” because it reminds me of my own children. Just like in the story, if you give them a little something, they’ll always want more—more love, more laughter, and more learning!

• Childcare Director Administrator License & Credential

I also actively pursue ongoing professional development through Camp Fire USA for Early Childhood Education, ensuring that I stay up to date with the best teaching practices.

I chose to work for Primrose because it aligns with my high academic and rigorous standards of curriculum and education for young children. I particularly enjoy the Primrose Balanced Learning Curriculum because it approaches early childhood education on a holistic level and fully prepares children for a solid foundation in future academic endeavors. With Primrose, it all starts here.

Hello! I’m Ms. Quirk, the lead teacher for Early Preschool II. I began my journey in early childhood education almost 20 years ago when my son was a toddler.

My passion for teaching young children steadily grew over the years. I love watching kids find their own style of learning and becoming independent. I believe that each child is unique and has their own special way of understanding the world around them.

Hello! My name is Ms. Yovanovitch, and I am the Lead Teacher for the Preschool Class at Primrose School of The Mid-Cities. I began my journey with Primrose in the summer of 2018, but I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over eight years—and I enjoy every moment of it!

My passion for early childhood education comes from watching my students strive for excellence, overcome challenges, and explore the unknown with curiosity and confidence. I love fostering an environment where children are excited to learn, unafraid to try new things, and eager to grow.

One of my favorite books to share with my students is Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham. It teaches an important lesson—sometimes, you just have to try something new, and you might end up loving it!

Hello! I am Mrs. Smith, the lead teacher of PreK Pathways at Primrose of the Mid Cities. I joined the Primrose family in 2025, however I have been in early childhood education for 7 years! After graduating from Texas A&M with my BS in Psychology I fully intended on becoming a children’s counselor. Soon after graduation I began a summer job in a classroom and fell in love with teaching! I haven’t looked back since!

Early childhood education is much more than structured play; it’s about finding invaluable “light bulb moments”! There is nothing more rewarding than watching the exact second a complex concept finally clicks for a student, transforming their uncertainty into a lifelong excitement for discovery! My biggest goal in my classroom is to create an environment where every student feels empowered to explore and ask questions!

Outside of the classroom I am a wife and dog mom! My husband and I are avid nature lovers! We enjoy spending all of our free time kayaking and fishing, finding balance and inspiration in the great outdoors!

I’m Ashley Martin, and I’ve been a Pre-K Teacher here at Mid Cities for six wonderful years.

There is nothing quite like watching a child’s face light up with pure pride when they first learn to write their own name—it’s the foundational milestone that sparks a lifelong love for learning. My goal every day is to cultivate a fun, creative space where every child feels encouraged to grow, shine, and thrive. Mid Cities has given me so much over the years and truly feels like a second home.

Outside the classroom, I’m the second oldest of seven, so I love spending quality time with my big family—usually relaxing with great music, our favorite TV shows, or a competitive board game. I’m also a big fan of Harry Potter, the Dallas Cowboys, a good cup of coffee, and Target runs!
