Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratio of 10 to 1
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms Cassie McCreary
I’m Ms. McCreary. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am currently completing my CDA through Primrose. I am also starting a full-time online college program to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Education. I have worked as a Prekindergarten teaches for a little over three years now. I just recently moved to Illinois from my hometown in Northwest Arkansas with my two cats. If you run into me outside of Primrose it will probably be at a bookstore, because reading is my favorite hobby! I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year!

I’m Ms. Perez. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am the mother to five wonderful children. My oldest daughter, Claudia and my oldest son, Juan both graduated from Mundelein High School. My younger three children, Brandon, Jose, and Miguel attend Mundelein Schools. I was born and raised in Illinois and have raised my family here as well. I have been in the Early Childhood field since 2004. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have experienced all ages throughout the years. I am looking forward to continuing my education in Elementary Education.

I am from Illinois and lived here all my life up until I got to travel the world with the National Guard for the past couple years. Now I am focused on pursuing a career in childcare since it is something I always wanted to do.

I grew up in Mundelein as a part of a family of educators. I love to read, watch sports, and anything Superheroes. My favorite topic is history, and I spend most of my free time learning about history. I love to travel with my family to see historical landmarks.
