I’m a passionate Pre-K teacher who loves creating a warm, fun, and engaging classroom where young learners can grow, explore, and build confidence. I believe in learning through play, kindness, and curiosity, and I enjoy helping children develop a love for school from the very beginning. Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud mom to my son, Karter, who inspires me every day. One of my favorite children’s books to share with students is Go, Dog. Go!—its playful rhythm and colorful illustrations never bring anything but smiles and excitement to story time.

Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- HALO Disinfection System used regularly in the school
- Each classroom is equipped with a LifeVac and staff are trained to use effectively

I am from the great city of New Orleans, LA. I joined the Primrose family in March 2023. I am happy to become apart of this wonderful Primrose family.

We are so excited to have Ms. Paula as part of our Preschool One team! With 5 years of experience in childcare, Ms. Paula has a true passion for helping children learn, grow, and reach important milestones. One of her favorite parts of working with children is watching their personalities develop and celebrating each new accomplishment along the way.
Ms. Paula believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where they feel encouraged to explore, learn, and be themselves. She loves creating meaningful connections with her students and watching them grow throughout the year.
When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Paula enjoys spending quality time with her family and playing her guitar. She especially looks forward to her family’s monthly gatherings, which are a special tradition for her. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and one of her favorite children’s books is The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
