An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley!
Originally from New York, I’ve dedicated the past seven years to early childhood education. Six of those years have been right here at Primrose Lafayette, where I’ve found my passion teaching in the toddler classrooms. It’s incredibly rewarding to engage with these young learners, create art with them, and embrace a bit of silliness! Witnessing their growth and being a part of their early lives is truly my favorite aspect of this profession.
When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll likely find me cheering at a sports game or enjoying live music at a concert.
I’m really looking forward to connecting with all the parents and family members of my students. Please feel free to stop by and introduce yourselves if we haven’t had the chance to chat yet.
Ms. Araceli
Hi, I’m Ms. Araceli!
I am from Boulder, CO. I love winters in Colorado!
I graduated from Boulder High and currently enrolled in a community college. I have worked in childcare since 2023 and love it! I have always wanted to work with children since I was little. There is a lot we both can learn from each other and there is never a dull moment!
When I am not teaching, I am playing basketball and drawing.

Hi I’m Ms. Zoe!
I’m from Palo Alto, California! I graduated CU Boulder with my; bachelor’s degree in arts of Cinema Study. I have background in sales, customer serve, and I have volunteered at many centers working directly with children.
I am excited to begin my journey into becoming an early childhood educator with Primrose School of Lafayette. Working with children to involve their creative side is something I look forward to doing in the classroom.
When I am not teaching, I am usually watching movies and working on art projects!

Ms. Caleigh
My name is Ms. Caleigh. I’m from Elizabeth, Colorado, and one of my very favorite things about this beautiful state are the sunsets — they never disappoint.
I’m currently enrolled at CU Denver, working toward my degree in Elementary Education. I’ve been working with children for just over a year, and I absolutely love it. Kids bring so much joy, curiosity, and whimsy into every day, and it’s a privilege to be part of their learning and growth.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy hiking Colorado’s mountains, creating arts and crafts, and spending time with animals. I also have a big dream: I hope to become a kindergarten teacher in Hawaii someday. And yes — I love glitter just as much as the children do. I can’t wait to get to know you and your wonderful children.

Ms. Alainah
I am originally from Longmont, CO, and I am a proud single mom to an amazing 3-year-old son. I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to be both a dedicated mother and an educator. I have worked in early childhood education for two and a half years and have experience with a variety of teaching philosophies, including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and now the Primrose Balanced Learning® Approach. I love being greeted each day bay the smiling faces of children and having the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives.

Ms. Joana
I was originally born in Durango, Mexico, and grew up in Longmont, CO. I am a proud mother of two daughters. I studied Early Childhood Education at Front Range Community College and have been working in the field for seven years. I especially enjoy teaching younger children because I get to witness their incredible growth, curiosity, and excitement as they discover the world around them. My experience has helped me develop the patience, understanding, and nurturing approach that young children need to thrive. I care for every child as if they were my own, providing a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow.
