Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, I am Mrs.Trent and I am a Regional Directors for N&E Learning. I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University. I have over sixteen years of experience working with children of all ages. I was the School Director at the Primrose School at Pinnacle for four years; I was a Preschool teacher, Pre-Kindergarten teacher, and Curriculum Coordinator at another Primrose location. I am now so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Regional Director and continue making Primrose the Leader in Education and Care and knowing all of our special Primrose families!

Hello, my name is Mrs. Rathburn. I am the School Director here at Primrose.  I was previously the Education Coach at a few of our sister schools, Primrose School of Dublin Riverside and the Primrose School of Canal Winchester.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies from Kent State University. Prior to Primrose, I taught various different ages, including Toddlers, Prekindergarten, and Kindergarten. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two sons and daughter. We love visiting the zoo, parks, and swimming. I am excited to continue working with children and families while delivering the best quality care to our families.

Hi my name is Ms. Whitacre and I am the Assistant Directors here at the Primrose School of Hilliard at Mill Run . I have my Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Development. Previously, I worked at our sister school, the Primrose School of Pickerington as a Young Toddler teacher. In my free time I enjoy shopping, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. I am most looking forward to getting to know all of the Primrose families here at Mill Run.

I previously worked at our sister school for six years teaching Preschool. In my free time, I enjoy baking, crafting, and spending time with my husband and daughter. Transitional Kindergarten Teacher

Hello, I’m Mrs. Mayer, and I am one of our Transitional Kindergarten teachers here at Primrose. I began my Primrose journey in in 2012 and I have loved every moment of it! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati. I taught a self-contained classroom of fifth graders, as well as Math and science to sixth through eighth-grade students. I have also worked with children of all ages through my church nursery, youth groups, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and Education Committee. I have enjoyed working with Primrose students since January 2012. I believe that I am welcoming, friendly, and inclusive of the children, parents, and staff that I come in contact with each day. I’m excited to be here and will do my best to deliver a WOW experience. I look forward to getting to know my new students and their families.

I grew up in the Dominican Republic, where I earned my medical degree and practiced family medicine before moving to Hilliard, Ohio. I always enjoyed interacting with my younger patients, watching them grow, and learn new skills. Starting in the field of Early Childhood Education was an easy decision for me to make. I am most excited to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment in which my students and I can learn, grow, and express ourselves in the most creative ways! In my free time, I enjoy watching movies.

Hello, I’m Ms. Scott and I am an infant teacher here at Primrose. Many years ago I provided in-home childcare while my children were young. I then worked eighteen years in an elementary school with children with special needs. In addition, I have fifteen years of experience working in a nursing center. Since becoming a Grandmother of five, I realized how much I missed the little ones. I have now been working with the Primrose infants since May of 2013. I feel that in addition to my years of experience, I bring a sincere love of children to our school. Every school year, I look forward to meeting and getting to know a new group of students and their families. I hope to make a positive impact in the learning, development and care of each of my students.
