Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Irene Grant
Hi! My name is Irene. I enjoy working with children because of the direct impact that positivity and love can make in their lives. Also, having the privilege to be able to watch them grow is rewarding. I have been in childcare for over 24 years and it just seems to get sweeter with every year. Outside of work, I like baking sweet treats, cooking and spending time with my grandchildren. Spending time together with family at Christmastime is my favorite! I take pride in my work and caring for the little ones here at Primrose School of Greatwood. I look forward to work every day!

Brittney Herrera
Hey there! I’m Ms. Brittney. I’m was born and raised in Houston – I’m definitely a Texas girl at heart. I am in college studying Early Childhood Education, and teaching at Primrose gives me such a great hands-on way to learn! I absolutely love being part of the kids’ daily routines and watching them grow each day. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing, going Western dancing, singing karaoke, and hitting the beach with my girls. My daughters Bailey and Blakely and I have fun playing with our sweet dogs, a Cavapoo named Jessie and a Schnauzer named Lola.

Faith Dusek
Hi! My name is Faith. I am 28 year old, and am a mom to three beautiful girls. Their names are “Hazel,” “Camila,” and “Adaline.” I was born here in Sugar Land but moved around most of my life and came back home about seven years ago. My favorite thing about working with children is being there to watch them learn and grow. My favorite Children’s Book is, “We’re going a bear hunt.” My favorite holiday is Halloween, and my favorite family tradition is spending time with family at Thanksgiving. I can’t wait to learn about you and your family!
