Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hi, I’m Melissa Cameron and I am a Regional Director at Primrose. I’m excited to be part of the Primrose community and to support the children, families, and educators who make each school such a special place to learn and grow.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including 18 years as a school leader.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Counseling, and I am deeply passionate about early learning and the lasting impact it has on children’s lives.  I truly believe that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong success, and I feel honored to play a role in shaping those experiences.  Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong school cultures, supporting educators, and partnering with families to ensure children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.  I lead with a collaborative, supportive approach and believe the best outcomes happen when we work together.

I am originally from New York and moved to Ohio in 2005.  I am married to my husband, Ryan, and I have 3 sons, all grown now, as they like to remind me, along with 3 goldendoodle fur babies.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, shopping, traveling and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.  I’m proud to be part of Primrose, and look forward to continuing to support our schools as we maintain the high standards and exceptional care that Primrose is known for.

Hello, my name is Ms. Emily Boyd, and I am the Director for the Primrose School of Galena.  I was a Toddler teacher for four years, and spent many years in health care and office management.  I have always had a passion for helping others, and love seeing the lights come on when children learn.  I have two children who love coming to Primrose each day.  I am looking forward to getting to know each family and having the privilege of watching your children grow and learn!

Hello, my name is Ms. Tracy Moseley.  I am the Assistant Director at the Primrose School of Galena.  I have worked with children for most of my life.  My mother provided in-home child care for over 40 years and I spent a lot of time assisting her.  I have also worked as an Infant teacher.  Creativity is one of my specialties!  I have been acting on stage for community theater for the past eight years.  I also enjoy drawing, painting, and writing.  I have written books for a children’s publishing company and been active in news reporting.  I am looking forward to being a part of the children’s growth and meeting many new friends!

Hello, my name is Ms. Brittney Singleton. I am the Education Coach here at Primrose. I have my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Ohio State University. In past years I have been a Kindergarten, Second Grade, and Reading Intervention teacher within the public school systems. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. Hello, my name is Ms. Shankar! I earned a bachelors degree in business administration.  I’ve always enjoyed working with children and am passionate about teaching them new skills.  My purpose as a teacher is to help students reach developmental milestones.  I’m married and have two amazing children.  Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping.  I’m so excited to learn about my students and grow alongside them!

Hello, my name is Mr. Breznicki.  I graduated from Olentangy High School and then spent time at both Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College studying Sociology and Criminology.  In my free time, I like to play basketball and go bowling.  This year at Primrose, I am looking forward to interacting with the community and taking care of our youth.

Hello, my name is Ms. Abbi.  I grew up in Delaware and I am a graduate of Buckeye Valley High School.  I am a lover of all things natural and crafty.  I love to go on hikes with my cat and crochet sweaters.  One of my favorite things is seeing children smile.  I am so excited to meet and get to know all of the children and families here at Primrose!

Hello, my name is Ms. Ditmars.  I have been teaching for five years and have a true passion for working with children. I love getting to know each child’s unique personality and building meaningful relationships with both students and their families. One of my favorite parts of teaching is that every day brings a new experience and new opportunities to learn and grow together.  In my free time, I enjoy swimming and spending time in the water. Hello, my name is Delina Askaha.  I am originally from Woodbridge, Virginia, where I lived for 21 years. I have over three years of experience working with children and young adults, much of which was spent as a behavioral technician. Through this work, I developed a strong passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

I have studied Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing a degree in Public Health. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with children, helping them learn and grow, and celebrating their progress over time.

In my free time, I love traveling, creating art, and spending time in nature. This year at Primrose, I am most excited to continue growing as an educator while contributing to a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child.

Hello, my name is Ms. Shrager. I have five years of experience nannying and working in a preschool setting.  I love to be active with the children whether that be a dance party or games outside. Hello, my name is Ms. Lamborn. I’ve always been around children including helping with my younger siblings and working in the nursery at church. I started as a substitute childcare teacher over a year ago and went on to become a lead teacher for toddlers. I love teaching children and watching them reach milestones! At home I have three rescue cats and a rescue dog, Beau. I love spending time with my family and pets! In my free time, I try to read as much as possible and would love to hear your book recommendations! I look forward to meeting families and maintaining a close relationship with children!

Hello, my name is Ms. Campbell.  I have been helping take of children for most of my life.  My mother ran an in home daycare for most of my childhood.  I have been a nanny, Sunday School teacher and a tutor.  I have a three year old daughter and a nine year old bonus daughter.  I live in Delaware with husband, kids, and our dog named Tank.  I enjoy reading, crafting and cooking.  I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you in our Primrose family!

Hello, my name is Ms. Polisetti. I am one of the Infant teachers here at Primrose. Teaching has always been my passion since childhood. I have worked as a teacher in India with children of various ages before moving to the United States. I am a wife and a mom of one. Working with my son during the past few years has helped me learn a lot about kids and has motivated me to pursue a career in early education. My goal is to provide a fun learning environment to all of the children under my care and I look forward to meeting new children and thier families. Hello, my name is Audrey LaVrar.  I graduated from Big Walnut High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Evangel University.  In my free time, I enjoy fitness, reading, and spending time with family.  I am passionate about serving my community and investing in the future of our youth.  I am excited to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where each child can grow!

I have spent most of my career working with children of all ages.  I love teaching and watching children learn and grow!  My teaching experience ranges from preschool, Sunday school, camp, special needs, home school, and sign language.  In the summertime, I volunteer for the Army Corps of Engineers creating and conducting naturalist programs every weekend.  I am so excited for new adventures here at Primrose and making new friends!

Hello, my name is Monique Garcia.  I’m from Columbus and bring nearly 10 years of experience in childcare. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting early childhood growth and development. Hello, my name is Ms. McPherson. I graduated from Zanesville High School in 2014. I have primarily cooked in assisted living facilities and love to provide nutritious and delicious food for all. In my free time, I love to craft and create through cooking, sewing, painting, and jewelry. I also love to create dresses and spending my free time expressing myself.
