Our Preschool Classroom
Your 3-year-old is opening up their world, developing special friendships, learning new words and forming new ideas every day. Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Our Preschool Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Johnson
One of the things I enjoy about working with children is being able to see the world through their eyes. I love having the opportunity to encourage and support children when they are doing something challenging. I am intuitive and have a childlike mind that helps me see a child’s point of view.

Ms. Schmidt
I am the oldest of seven children! I have worked in a childcare setting and as a nanny for four years. I love getting to know the children who are each different and wonderful in their own ways. I am patient, kind, welcoming, and work well with others. I was drawn to Primrose because it was professional as well as welcoming. I can’t wait to shape beautiful minds!

Ms. Schilling
I am originally from South Dakota. I have enjoyed working with children and elderly people in my past work experiences. I love watching children grow and learn. I wanted to come to Primrose because I found it to be so welcoming.

Ms. Schlaefli
I grew up in Oregon before moving to North Platte, Nebraska where I finished high school. I attended college in Kansas at Fort Hays State University where I earned a degree in Elementary Education. I previously taught elementary grades in both North Platte and in the Omaha Public Schools. I love seeing the growth and creativity that grows within children throughout the year. I excel at classroom management skills and sharing a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning. I wanted to teach at Primrose because I was interested in the structure and routines that were in place and how loved how closely it resembled elementary school. I am excited to have a positive impact on children.

Ms. Passoli
I am from Togo, West Africa! In my native country I was a kindergarten teacher. I have worked in childcare for about four years. I like to see children excited and motivated to learn. I am willing to make a difference in the lives of children!
