Bejal and Mohit Patel

Welcome to the Primrose School of Evergreen!

Meet the Patels – Bejal and Mohit,  This family takes great pride in introducing the Primrose School of Evergreen – a premier preschool nestled in a heritage building on a spacious 1.7-acre lot committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Their family’s legacy of providing high-quality education led them to open their Primrose school.

An engineer by profession, Mohit has earned a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University in Bioinformatics where he graduated with honors. In his career previously, he went from supporting various military agencies to managing a team for a multi-billion dollar company. His wife Bejal, has completed her Masters in Communications from the prestigious Manipal University. She is an enthusiastic communications specialist with experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Branding and Media Analyst for many Fortune 500 companies.

Having attended a boarding school at the age of 5, Bejal realized the struggle her parents faced while looking for a school that would give her a well-rounded start to the journey of learning. Since then, she is a stickler for high-quality education and is passionate about providing an environment that fosters all aspects of a students’ development. Since both came from families who laid integral importance to academics, Mohit turned his personal and business focus to education to make their dream come true.

When they saw the curriculum in action, they realized how the program naturally instills curiosity in children by helping them develop a strong foundation and love for future learning by practicing concepts in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) as part of the Balanced Learning ®approach, which combines purposeful play with nurturing guidance.

Living in the epicenter of tech economy where most schools follow an aggressive academic-based curriculum the Patels recognized a need for high-quality early education in the Bay Area. Since children here often feel the pressure to succeed academically, the Balanced Learning approach will help instill a true lifelong joy for learning in children. Primrose encourages a child to be a child by focusing on building children’s confidence and independence, so they feel comfortable venturing out, exploring on their own and asking questions – all of which help them develop a love of learning they take with them into elementary school and beyond.

The Patels want to provide parents with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their children are well-cared for while receiving a high-quality early education. They will each put their passion for lifelong learning, education and their business backgrounds to use in their school.

We are delighted to provide unique learning experiences to the youngest citizens of the Silicon Valley.
