Our After School Care
Our Explorer program is designed to nurture Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts® in children starting at five years old. Your child can relax, make friends, get homework help and continue to learn while having fun as they explore creative expression, sports, technology, drama, music, games and more.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts

Health & Safety
Their Health & Safety. Our Top Priority.
At Primrose School of Eldorado, we are deeply committed to creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Our health and safety standards are designed to give families peace of mind every day.
Here’s how we keep our school community safe:
-
Stay-Home Policy for Illness: Any child or staff member with a fever is required to return home and stay home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours.
-
Frequent Sanitizing: High-touch toys and surfaces are regularly disinfected throughout the day.
-
Routine Handwashing: Children and staff wash hands frequently as part of both our curriculum and our daily safety protocols.
-
Illness Awareness: All staff are trained to recognize signs of illness in children, with reminder signage placed in every classroom.
-
Low Teacher-Student Ratios: We maintain appropriate classroom ratios to ensure close supervision and personalized care.
-
Certified, Trained Staff: Our team receives ongoing health and safety training, including CPR and first aid certification.
-
Safe School Plans: Every classroom has a customized and current Safe School Plan posted for quick access.
-
Monthly Emergency Drills: We conduct regular drills so that children and staff are prepared in case of an emergency.
These steps reflect our promise to put your child’s well-being first—every single day.
