Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

Ms. Cecily Johnson
Ms. Cecily has been with Primrose East Lake since 2023 and is loved and adored by all who meet her! She holds her CDA and brings so much energy, enthusiasm, and joy to her classroom each day. Ms. Cecily’s excellent communication skills help her build trusted relationships with both students and families.
Ms. Shari Jeter
Ms. Shari brings over 22 years of experience in early childhood education to our Primrose family. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to individualize learning experiences to meet the unique needs and interests of each of her students. Ms. Shari’s dedication to helping every child learn and grow at their pace makes her a wonderful asset to our team.
Ms. Lakyra Wilson
Ms. Lakyra is a wonderful part of our Early Preschool classroom where she brings energy, patience, and caring spirit to our two year old students. Her passion for working with children shines through in the way she supports their growing independence and helps them learn through purposeful play and everyday experiences!
