Executive Director / Resident Educator Program Coordinator

I am so proud to be part of the amazing teaching team and community at the Primrose School of Dublin! My journey in early childhood education began at the Schoenbaum Family Center and the Crane Center for Early Childhood Research and Policy while I was an undergraduate at The Ohio State University. During that time, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Development and Education through the College of Education and Human Ecology at OSU.

I joined the Primrose team as a classroom teacher in March 2010, and the experience has had a profoundly positive impact on my life personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve grown from working directly with children in the classroom to engaging with families and leading an incredible educational team as Director. My passion has always been making a difference in children’s lives, and I feel so fortunate to have found a home at Primrose Schools.

Primrose instills values in children that they will carry throughout their lives. Programs like Character Development and Happy Hearts align perfectly with my beliefs about the importance of social and emotional growth during early childhood, because who children become is just as important as what they know. I am especially grateful that my own children, Karsen and Kaden, are continuing to learn important lessons in love, compassion, and kindness from their amazing teachers as they grow and develop at Primrose!

I am a proud mother to three beautiful girls: Layla, Sophia, and Wren. I attended Fairbanks High School and graduated in 2010. After high school, I continued my education at Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating in 2013 with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding.

Before joining Primrose Schools, I worked as a nanny for 10 years. Children bring so much joy and happiness to my life, and I’m thrilled to watch them reach milestones, learn new skills, and grow each day. I’m equally excited to experience all the new things your children will teach me along the way!

Hello friends! I am elated to be joining the Primrose Dublin team as an Education Coach!

I am excited to serve you, our families and teachers, as your biggest cheerleader, advocate, champion and encourager. It is my joy to support and journey alongside other teachers and parents, as a fellow teacher and parent.

I am originally from Troy, OH and relocated to Columbus in January of 2019. I graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in educational studies and Intercultural Studies and have served in many unique roles since then.

My husband Luis and my son Rio are my absolute joy! Rio is the silliest little guy and so much fun- we love spending time as a family eating good food, spending time with friends and laughing together.

My passions in life are my family, traveling, laughing with friends, making good coffee at home, cooking delicious food and thrifting! I also love roller skating and anything creative. I am bilingual-I learned Spanish in Costa Rica and from spending time with our family in Mexico.

I look forward to meeting each of you and to becoming a part of the Primrose family!

Teaching and working with children has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy creating a safe, caring and positive environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. I have more than 7 years of experience in the teaching field. I have experience working with children in India and the United States.

In India I worked in childcare for one year. In the United States I currently volunteer with ISKCON’s non-profit children’s programs in the temple where I help children engage in learning to play art stories and other activities. I will try my best to make their early learning experiences fun, meaningful and memorable.

I enjoy cooking a variety of traditional Indian vegetarian dishes for my family and

friends. Usually on the weekends I love to go to temple and participate in volunteer service. I also enjoy going on drives, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends. “I am most excited about this school year because I look forward to building strong relationships with the children, helping them learn and grow, and creating a fun, safe, and caring classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued.

Hi, I’m Naomi! I was born and raised in Southern California, where I met my husband of 25 years. Together, we have four wonderful daughters, and I’m a proud Nana to a granddaughter and grandson. I later moved to Ohio from Oklahoma with three of my daughters and now live here with my best friend. Family has always been central to my life, and being a mother and grandmother has deepened my appreciation for each child’s unique personality and needs.
On October 26, I will celebrate 28 years of working with children. Throughout my career, I have supported children of all abilities, including those with autism, behavioral needs, and other special needs through the school district. In my last district, I also helped implement a behavior program designed to support students and encourage positive development. These experiences have strengthened my patience, compassion, understanding, and commitment to meeting each child where they are.
I’m excited to bring my experience and skills to the Primrose team. After nearly 28 years, I genuinely love working with children and look forward to helping each child learn, grow, feel supported, and succeed.

I hold a master’s degree in English Literature and a bachelor’s degree in Education. I strongly believe that teaching children the values of patience, kindness, respect, and trust from an early age lays the foundation for becoming responsible, compassionate citizens. Early childhood educators play a key role in shaping these qualities, and I am thrilled to do this at Primrose Schools. My goal is to touch the hearts of many little ones and inspire them to grow with confidence and kindness.

As Barack Obama once said: “If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life.” I hope to be that guiding teacher for the children I serve!

I am excited to be part of the Primrose team! I have over 20 years of experience working with people across customer service, team leadership and office administration. In roles ranging from Frontend Team Lead and Customer Service Manager at Walmart to Customer Service Manager at C.K. Travel. I’ve developed strong communication, patience, organization, and problem-solving skills—all while learning how to connect with people from many different backgrounds and meet their needs with care.

I believe every child is special, with their own personality, strengths, and way of learning. My background has taught me how to listen closely, stay patient, and adapt to each person I work with, and I look forward to bringing that same attentiveness to the classroom. Welcome! We have been blessed to have opened the Primrose School of Dublin and to be a part of so many families in the area. When the school opened in 2006 it was our pleasure to introduce the Primrose Balanced Learning philosophy to Dublin. Since then, twelve more schools have joined us in the Columbus market proving the lasting impact that Primrose is having on families across the country.

We are both from Columbus and have three beautiful children; Ethan, Connor and Lydia. Our own children have attended the school and have had the opportunity to thrive from the balanced curriculum and the nurturing environment. We provide a true home away from home that is full of smiling faces and founded on a professionally developed curriculum with proven results. As owners, we are proud to say that we are actively involved in the daily operations of the school and are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards that our parents expect.

It has been our pleasure to bring this wonderful opportunity to the children and parents of the Dublin Community. We would love to meet you and tell you more about ourselves and the Primrose difference. We can’t wait to meet you!
