Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello! My name is Brie Roman,  I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive.

My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Driskill, and I am the new School Director at Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I earned my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from The Ohio State University and have been working in the early childhood field since 2013. I began my career as a Pre-K teacher for the first seven years before transitioning to a leadership role.  What I love most about working in this field are the close relationships I build with the children and their families, the laughter we share throughout the day, and the hugs! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs, going on hikes or visiting the park.  I am excited to get to know your family and to support your child’s success in the classroom. I look forward to building strong relationships with our staff, students, and families while fostering a positive, nurturing school community.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Renee Long and I am the Assistant Director at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I have 13 years old experience working in early childhood education. Most recently, I have been a Preschool Pathways teacher at our sister school, Primrose Mill Run. I have been with Primrose for 2 years now, and am excited to take on this new responsibility. Working with children in their early years is such a passion of mine and incredibly rewarding! I am eager to meet all of the families here at Dublin Riverside!

Hi! My name is Mr. Ashton Strickler and I am a teacher here at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I have been working with children for three years now and have experience with all age groups. I enjoy working with the school age children because they always keep it interesting and exciting! I find joy in helping them through their transition into elementary school! No two days are ever the same, and that is why I have a passion for teaching! In my free time, I love to work on cars and hike with my wife! Hello, I am Mr. Justin Huff and I am one of the Private Pre-Kindergarten teacher here at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor’s in Art! I have always had a passion of working with children and inspiring them to explore their creative side! Watching children grow and learn is one of my favorite things! Hello, my name is Ms. McGowan and I am a preschool teacher here at Primrose School of Dublin Riverside.  I have previous experience working and volunteering in special education classrooms and can adapt to different learning styles to meet each child’s needs.  I plan to pursue a degree in neuropsychology to further my understanding of how the brain works.  In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, painting, and calligraphy.  I am so excited to meet new students and provide a positive environment for learning!

Hello, I’m Ms. Adjei and I am a teacher here at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I have a Bachelors degree in Chinese and Communications and Media. The thing I love most about teaching is witnessing the joys of childhood as well as seeing children develop and achieve different milestones. I love to read,  go out to eat, go to museums, and anything creative makes me happy. I am looking forward to building rapport with children, their families, and my colleagues!

Hello, I’m Mr. Brewer and I am an Early Preschool teacher here at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I enjoy nature and animals. I have been casually painting and drawing since I was five years old. I absolutely love working with children. My mom has been a Kindergarten teacher my whole life and I would help out in her classroom. My first job was after school care and since then have worked in childcare, as a nanny, and in the food industry. I want to become a therapist for children some day. Right now, I am just excited to get to know your children and make them smile!

Hello! I’m Ms. Marchal, and I am a teacher at Primrose. I was born in the Bronx, New York, and I moved around for a bit before settling in Dublin, Ohio. I graduated from Coffman High School.  I come from a big family and have taken care of my siblings for years, in addition to tutoring children. In my free time, I enjoy hiking on trails. I am excited to get to know all the families at Primrose!

Hello, my name is Ms. Alexander, and I am a toddler teacher here at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I went to the English Nanny and Governess school and have been working with children for three years.  I really enjoy helping children to grow and learn!  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fourteen-year-old daughter and our two great Danes and also horseback riding. Hi my name is Mrs. Martinez and I am an infant teacher at the Primrose school of Dublin Riverside. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. I have been working with children for 4 years and I am also a mom of 2! My favorite part of teaching is being able to watch children grown and learn everyday. I live in Marion with my husband Brandon, our son Briggs, and our dogs Luca and Lennie.  When I am not at a basketball game or running my photography business, you will find me spending time with my family. I have worked with children for years and it is something I truly love.  Building relationships with my students and their families is so important to me.  I am passionate about creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.  Being able to make an impact in and out the classroom is what drives me every day. Hello, I am Ms. Fatimah Alqassar and I am a support teacher at the Primrose School of Dublin Riverside. I graduated with my high school diploma and I am in the process of  getting my associates degree as well! I have been working with children for two years and enjoy helping each age group! Hello, my name is Ms. Cerda, and I am excited to be joining the team at Primrose. I am originally from Michigan and bring 17 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have loved building meaningful relationships with children and helping create positive, lasting experiences in the classroom. Hello, my name is Miss Xabouathone, and I am excited to be joining the team in our toddler program.  I discovered my passion for working with children after volunteering at my husband’s school, where he teaches, and I am especially excited to continue growing in this field. I look forward to getting to know our students, learning classroom routines, and building strong relationships with our staff and families.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and playing video games. My favorite children’s author is Dr. Seuss, and I am most looking forward to embracing new experiences this year.
