Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Preschool Pathways Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Ventura
Ms. Ventura has been with the Primrose of Clear Lake since 2025; however, she has prior experience caring for children through working at other daycare centers and babysitting.
What she enjoys most about young children is teaching them new things and having conversations with them. She also loves how curious they are.
The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein is her favorite children’s book, and she enjoys getting to share it with her students. When she isn’t reading to her students, you can find her playing outside with them, especially on the swings or in a game of tag.
Her priority in the classroom is making sure her classroom is ensuring that her students feel comfortable being themselves, and that everyone loves being a part of the Primrose family.

Ms. Diaz
Ms. Diaz has been with the Primrose of Clear Lake since 2025; however, she has prior experience caring for children through working at other daycare centers and babysitting.
What she enjoys most about young children is watching them grow and use the skills we teach them on their own.
Are You a Horse? by Andy Rash is her favorite children’s book, and she enjoys getting to share it with her students. She loves reading to her students because she believes it’s an effective way for them to make connections from the book to the world around them.
Her priority in the classroom is making sure her classroom is a place where kids can be kids. She wants them to be able to make mistakes without worrying about “getting in trouble”. She wants them to feel loved and be able to be themselves.
