Our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom
Primrose® introduces and reinforces new information through playful exploration, teacher-guided inquiry and rich discussion as they help foster Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more, because when they are mentally, physically and emotionally ready to learn a skill, they develop mastery.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts

Our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Pruett
Before joining the Primrose School of Clear Lake, Ms. Pruett had prior experience working with children for more than twenty-five years.
What she enjoys most about young children is seeing their eyes light up when they are introduced to a new activity and trying to do it. She also loves to see their smiling faces every morning when they come into the room, the excitement they have for the projects she creates with them, and them thoroughly enjoying the brightness and comfort they find within the classroom.
The Magic School Bus series by Joanna Cole is her favorite children’s book and enjoys getting to share it with her students. When she’s not reading to her students, you can find her drawing pictures with them.
Her priority in the classroom is ensuring the room is safe and nurturing, and that the room is stocked with the tools and supplies it needs to be successful. Every day she strives to make learning as fun as possible while making sure the rules are being followed.

Ms. Allgood
Ms. Allgood has been with the Primrose of Clear Lake since 2025; however, she has prior experience caring for children through coaching soccer and cheer, as well as being involved with her youth ministry at her church.
What she enjoys most about young children is being able to pour into her students to help them grow.
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. is her favorite children’s book, and she enjoys getting to share it with her students. When she isn’t reading to her students you can find her singing with them. She has a passion for music that she loves to share with her students so that hopefully they can find the same joy in it as she does.
Her priority in the classroom is making sure it is a safe place for children to learn through play and exploration.
