Hello! We are Mark and Lindsey Prewitt, the proud franchise owners of the Primrose School at Brookstone. We are extremely blessed to be the parents of three amazing children and know firsthand that high-quality child care and preschool education is essential to building a firm foundation. We believe that who children become is as important as what they know. It has always been our priority to foster early learning and development with our children to instill values for a lifetime. When raising our children, we sought out the best education options. In fact, all three of our children have or are currently attending the Primrose School at Brookstone. As Primrose parents ourselves, we’re committed to creating a family atmosphere through a true partnership with parents and staff.
Lindsey is a licensed physical therapist and has provided physical therapy to aging communities throughout Mississippi and Georgia. Her passion for people and the health and wellness of our aging population is evident in her career. Mark spent his career in a large CPA firm in Mississippi and leading federal, state and foreign tax teams in corporate America in Georgia. He has spent countless hours working with neighborhood committees and serving on the boards of various youth sports and charitable organizations.
When we took our first tour of a Primrose school, we immediately felt that it was the right place for our children to gain experiences in their early education and development and knew this was where they belonged. We’re thrilled to continue the exclusive Balanced Learning® program to the Primrose School at Brookstone and to our community which provides families the peace of mind that stems from our research-based blend of teacher-guided and child-initiated activities with an emphasis on character development. Our goal is to provide the right foundation so children from 6 weeks to 6 years old can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts®. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
Together, we are excited to take our experiences as parents, mentors and leaders in our community and help educate and develop your children, our communities’ youngest citizens. We are dedicated to “Forging a Path That Leads to a Brighter Future for All Children.”
