Ms. Otko brings over 25 years of experience in childcare and a deep passion for supporting young children and their families. She has extensive experience caring for little ones and takes pride in building strong, trusted relationships with families, creating a nurturing and welcoming environment for every child. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Mary University. Her strong educational background, combined with her years of hands-on experience, allows her to foster meaningful learning experiences that support each child’s growth and development.

Ms. Otko’s favorite part of working with children is watching them learn new things and seeing their excitement as they grow and discover the world around them. She is looking forward to a wonderful school year and is especially excited about making new memories with the children, her co-teachers, and the families she serves. Her favorite book is reading Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown.

Mrs. Hall brings a compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach to the classroom each day. With nine years of experience working in early childhood education, along with previous experience in healthcare, she has dedicated her career to caring for young children and supporting their development. Before transitioning into childcare, Mrs. Hall worked at Froedtert Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for infants and supporting families. She has since worked with both infants and toddlers and also brings the invaluable perspective of being a mother of five.

Mrs. Hall’s background in both healthcare and early childhood education has strengthened her ability to create a safe, loving, and responsive environment where children feel secure as they learn and grow. She is passionate about fostering each child’s development while building trusting relationships with families.

Outside of school, Mrs. Hall enjoys spending time reading and relaxing with her family. She values the simple joys of everyday life and brings that same sense of comfort and care into her classroom.

One of Mrs. Hall’s favorite parts of working with children is watching them learn new skills and celebrating the milestones they reach along the way. Whether it’s a first word, a new friendship, or a growing sense of independence, she finds great joy in encouraging children as they discover their potential.

This school year, Mrs. Hall is excited to get to know all of the wonderful children and families at Primrose while creating a classroom where every child feels loved, supported, and excited to learn. Her favorite children’s books are Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown and Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney, two beloved stories that foster comfort, connection, and a love of reading.
