Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Michelle graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. After many years in retail management, Ms. Michelle embarked on her child care career. Ms. Michelle brings creativity and a positive attitude to all Primrose families. When away from Primrose, Ms. Michelle enjoys spending time with her daughter and everything Disney related!

Kayla is a dedicated and caring member of the Primrose team who brings both energy and compassion to the classroom. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing, which reflects her passion for helping others and supporting children’s growth and well-being. Kayla has been working with children since January 2023 and enjoys creating a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.

Outside of the classroom, Kayla loves spending time outdoors, attending Orioles games, and making memories with her friends and family. Her positive attitude and nurturing nature make her a wonderful addition to the Primrose community.

Ms. Pam has many years of experience working with children after pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. Mrs. Pam is Preschool certified and participates in continual education to stay up to date and aware of health and safety guidelines of all children. When away from Primrose, Ms. Pam enjoys family time with her three children and husband.

She is CPR certified, ensuring that she is always prepared to provide the safest environment for the children in her care. As a devoted mother of two, Ms. Nicole understands firsthand the challenges and joys of parenting, which fuels her commitment to offering compassionate, individualized care. She believes there is no greater feeling than making a positive impact on a child’s life and helping parents feel supported and confident in their childcare choices. Ms. Nicole is dedicated to fostering a loving, enriching environment where children can thrive, grow, and reach their full potential, all while building lasting relationships with both kids and their families.

She is CPR-certified and holds her 90-hour Child Development certification. With four years of hands-on experience in her high school’s childcare program, Brianna brings both knowledge and dedication to nurturing and supporting young minds. Working at Primrose allows her to fulfill her love for children each and every day.
