Ms. Monday
Ms. Monday serves as the Regional School Director for Primrose Schools throughout the Greater Cleveland area, where she partners with school leadership teams to ensure every child and family experiences the exceptional care, education, and service that define the Primrose Schools experience.
With more than 30 years of experience in early childhood and special education, Ms. Monday has dedicated her career to helping children develop a lifelong love of learning while supporting educators in creating nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environments. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Teacher, Toddler Program Supervisor, Assistant School Director, School Director, and Center Director. She also had the privilege of working within the early childhood department of an intergenerational center in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact of connecting children with older generations.
In 2003, Ms. Monday became the Center Director of a NAEYC-accredited, Step Up To Quality Star 4-rated early learning center, leading a team committed to educational excellence and strong family partnerships. In January 2015, she joined Primrose Schools as the founding School Director of Primrose School of Avon, where she helped establish a culture centered on exceptional education, operational excellence, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff.
As the organization expanded, Ms. Monday was promoted to Area Director for the West Region, providing leadership and operational oversight for the Primrose Schools of Avon, Westlake, and North Ridgeville. In this role, she partnered closely with each school’s leadership team to foster educational excellence, strengthen team development, support family engagement, and ensure a consistently exceptional Primrose experience across all three schools.
Today, as Regional School Director, Ms. Monday provides strategic leadership and support across the Greater Cleveland region. She mentors school directors, champions educational quality, and works collaboratively with school leadership teams to ensure the consistent implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, operational excellence, and an outstanding experience for every child and family.
Ms. Monday is passionate about the Primrose mission and believes every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, confidence is built, and a lifelong love of learning begins. She considers it a privilege to partner with families and educators in making a lasting difference in the lives of children every day.

Ms. Tillman
Ms. Tillman serves as the Regional Operations Director for the Primrose Schools throughout the Greater Cleveland area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo and brings more than 17 years of experience in early childhood education.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tillman has served in a variety of leadership roles, including classroom teacher, Curriculum Director, School Director, and District Director. Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both school operations and educational leadership, allowing her to effectively support schools in delivering exceptional care, service, and educational excellence.
As Regional Operations Director, Ms. Tillman partners closely with school leadership teams to strengthen operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance organizational consistency, and support the day-to-day success of each school. She is passionate about developing strong leaders, creating efficient systems, and fostering collaborative environments where educators feel supported and empowered to provide outstanding experiences for children and families.
Ms. Tillman is proud to be part of the Primrose Schools family, where the Balanced Learning® approach and unwavering commitment to quality align closely with her own philosophy of early childhood education. She believes that exceptional schools are built through intentional leadership, meaningful relationships, and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the whole child.

Ms. Guerrieri
Ms. Guerrieri serves as the School Director at Primrose School of Avon, where she is dedicated to creating an exceptional educational experience for children, families, and teachers. A passionate advocate for early childhood education, Ms. Guerrieri is committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where every child can build confidence, develop a lifelong love of learning, and thrive through the Primrose Schools Balanced Learning® approach.
A lifelong Ohio resident, Ms. Guerrieri resides in Avon with her family. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, further strengthening her knowledge of child development, family partnerships, and community engagement.
Ms. Guerrieri began her career in early childhood education at the age of 18 as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher, laying the foundation for what has become a rewarding career spanning many years. She joined Primrose School of Westlake in 2018 as a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher and quickly distinguished herself through her passion for education and commitment to excellence. She was promoted to Education Coach, where she partnered with teachers to enhance classroom quality, support curriculum implementation, and ensure children received an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
In 2022, Ms. Guerrieri joined Primrose School of Avon as Assistant Director, where she played an instrumental role in supporting school operations, mentoring faculty, and strengthening relationships with families. In recognition of her leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the Primrose mission, she was promoted to School Director in 2025.
As both an educator and a Primrose parent, Ms. Guerrieri brings a unique perspective to her role. Her daughter, Bella, is a proud Primrose graduate, giving Ms. Guerrieri firsthand appreciation for the lasting impact that high-quality early education can have on a child’s future. Along with her son, Niko, her family continues to inspire her passion for serving children and supporting families every day.
Ms. Guerrieri considers it a privilege to partner with families during some of the most important years of a child’s development and is committed to ensuring every child receives the strong educational foundation, compassionate guidance, and joyful learning experiences that prepare them for lifelong success.

Ms.Kline
Hello! My name is Ms. Kline and I started with Primrose School of Westlake in 2020 as their Pre-Kindergarten teacher. In 2024, I transferred to Primrose School of Avon as their operations manager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish and History from Muskingum University.

Ms.Nealy
Hi my name is Ms. Nealy and I am very excited to be a part of the Primrose team! I have been with Primrose School of Avon since 2022 and enjoy building lasting relationships with each child and family.
I love the Primrose curriculum because it supports each child’s character development in addition to academic growth. My goal is to build bonds with every child I come in contact with and help love, nurture, and care for them. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be for the betterment of the kids while creating a safe and nurturing environment for them.
In my free time I enjoy eating seafood and spending time at my church. My favorite weekend activity is going to Sunday morning service!

Ms. Polen
Hello, my name is Ms. Polen and I am excited to join Primrose School of Avon’s infant program! I started my Early Childhood experience in 2019 at the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Ohio. During my time with the Boys and Girls club, I was responsible for the planning and the implementation of program activities and assisting with membership recruitment. Upon the closure of this program, I knew I wanted to continue working with children and supporting families and was ecstatic to join Primrose! I am looking forward to continuing to grow in this field and to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education with LCCC’s partnership program!

Ms. Lowe
Hi, I’m Ms.Lowe. I am happy wife and loving mother. I’ve been with my significant other for 16 years and married for 3 years. We have an amazing daughter who is almost 10. I have five years experience in child care and I have also worked in the medical field for almost 18 years. During those years I’ve obtained a certificate in Health Science Technology and completed my State Tested Nursing Assistance license. I recently returned to childcare and I’m so excited about the switch. My favorite thing about working with children is the joy of watching them learn and grow.

Ms. Ujvari
Hello, I’m Ms.Ujvari. I have lived in Lorain County my whole life and went to Marion L Steele High School. I am currently attending LCCC for Early Childhood Education. I have 6 siblings and love trying new things! In my free time, I love to crochet, window shop, and spend quality time with my family and friends.

Ms.Marrero
Hello, I’m Ms. Marrero! I graduated and gained my certificate in medical assisting. I have two children and have been married for seven years. I’ve taught many age groups over the years. I have experience teaching toddlers, early preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten. In my spare time, I love to read, fish, shop, ride jet skis. and spend quality time with my family.

Ms. Walsh
Hi, I’m Ms. Walsh and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m so glad to meet you! I recently bought my first house in Lorain with my boyfriend. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, and scrapbooking in my free time. My favorite thing about working with children is building connections and relationships with them! I am super excited to meet new friends this year!

Ms. Miller
Hi, I’m Ms. Miller and I am 24 years old. I grew up in Avon and have a younger brother in the Navy. I am so lucky and excited to spend my days with little bright minds. I have an Associates Degree in Arts and I am currently attending school to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool-5th Grade education. Each year I love getting together with my family to re-mulch and add new flowers to my grandparents’ yard.

Ms.Smerechynska
I am originally from Ukraine and have over 16 years of teaching experience working with children of all ages. I love to help children unleash their creativity and grow in confidence. I believe that every day is a new adventure in learning and I look forward to traveling this path with my students.

Ms.Lepper
Hello, I’m Ms. Lepper. I graduated from KSU in 2021 with a Bachelors Degree in Human Development with a focus of Child Development and have taught Preschool for almost 4 years! I love working with children to watch them learn and grow. My favorite holiday is Christmas and my favorite family tradition is getting the whole family together on Thanksgiving!

Ms. Jones
Hello, my name is Ms. Jones and I have worked as an early childhood educator for over 15 years. I have a strong commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment and enjoy colleague collaboration to provide engaging instruction!
I have extensive experience in providing care, guidance, and support to children in various settings. In 2023, I was awarded “Best Pre-K Classroom” and “A+ Professional Teacher.”
I look forward to bringing all of my skills and Knowledge to Primrose School of Avon’s Pre-Kindergarten program!

Ms.Novarese
Hi, I’m Ms. Novarese. Working with children has always been my passion! I have a degree in Child Psychology and 4 years of experience in childcare. I am married to my best friend, Spencer and we have been together for 12 years and married for 6 years. In my free time, I play the violin, love watching horror movies, and going to conventions for things such as pokemon, anime, and funko pops!

Ms.Polivka
Hello, my name is Ms.polivka and I have been with Primrose School of Avon since 2016!
I began my Primrose journey in the preschool program and I am now working as the bus driver and offering support in various positions throughout the building. I enjoy assisting the teachers with the organization and planning of the balanced learning curriculum! I am married and have two wonderful children, Bryan and Taylor.
I earned a B.A. in Education from Bowling Green State University and have been a preschool teacher for over 17 years.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my children and reading a good book!

Ms. Gallagher
Hello, my name is Ms. Gallagher! I am newer to this field, but have a lot of experience volunteering for youth based programs such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and Girl Scouts of America. I have also filled many babysitting roles in the past.
I am currently studying business at Cleveland State University and work part-time at Primrose School of Avon. You will mostly find me in the infant and young toddler classrooms, but enjoy maintaining schedules and routines in any classroom I enter!

Ms. Rodriguez
Hello, I’m Ms. Rodriguez! I have experience working with children in Kindergarten and younger. I really enjoy working out and I love fashion and sports.

Mr. Goodman
Mr. Goodman been a great addition to the Primrose team.
He has a home health care background. With an STNA license and many years of experience working with individuals who are disabled. He finds joy in caring for those who cannot care for themselves.
In his free time he does photography and enjoys listening to music. His favorite Primrose Friend is Erwin the dog, because like Mr. Goodman he is friends with all.
