We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Julissa
Hi, I’m Julissa! I have 14+ years of experience working with babies and toddlers, including two years at Primrose. I love watching children grow, develop new skills, and making a positive impact for the families who trust me. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, three children, and our three bunnies.
Ms. Tatyana
Hello! My name is Ms. Tatyana. I have been working in childcare for more than 10 years and have spent the past two years focusing specifically on early childhood education. I love watching children grow, learn, and apply what we teach — it’s truly exciting to witness their progress. Primrose is special to me because it provides the tools, structure, and curriculum needed to support healthy cognitive and social-emotional development. I am proud to be part of this community and to help children build strong foundations for future learning.
Ms. Terri
Hello! My name is Ms. Terri. I have spent 4+ years working in the education field with a focus on culinary arts. I love bringing people together through food and creating experiences that make others happy. Here at our childcare center, I enjoy watching children grow and develop their unique personalities and character. When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen, pursuing my passion for cooking and sharing joy through delicious dishes.
Ms. Zoe
Ms. Zoe brings over three years of experience in the education field and a genuine passion for working with children. She finds the greatest joy in watching children grow, learn, and discover the world around them each day.
Ms. Zoe is excited to continue nurturing young minds at Primrose of Arlington and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment for every child.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys doing hair, arts and crafts, coloring, and keeping her home organized.
Ms. Zoe looks forward to getting to know each child and family and building meaningful connections throughout the school year.
Ms. Hafsa
Ms. Hafsa joins our Primrose family with three years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a deep passion for working with young children. She finds great joy in the happiness children bring and feels most fulfilled spending her days helping them learn and grow.
At Primrose of Arlington, Ms. Hafsa is excited to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family, as well as practicing oriental dance.

Ms. I’kearrah
Ms. I’kearrah brings over five years of experience in early childhood education and a strong passion for supporting young learners. She enjoys building meaningful connections with children and takes pride in helping them grow both academically and socially.
At Primrose of Arlington, Ms. I’kearrah is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cheer, dance, and singing.
