Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Mikayla
Ms. Mikayla has been in child care for several years, as a preschool teacher. As a child, her and her family moved around a lot so her moto is ” home is where the heart is”. Ms. Mikayla attended college in Lafayette, IN. In her spare time she enjoys playing board games, reading and playing Dungeons and Dragons. She has so much passion for our sweet toddlers! We are lucky to have her as apart of our team!
Ms. Alexis
Ms. Alexis is from Lafayette, Indiana and currently resides in Whitestown. Ms. Alexis comes to us with a couple years of experience in early childhood. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son, crocheting, and doing makeup. We are excited to have Ms. Alexis as a part of our Primrose Family!
Ms. Sierra
Ms. Sierra is from Columbus, Indiana and comes to us with over 12 years of experience in babysitting and working in early childhood. In Ms. Sierra’s free time she enjoys drawing and painting, which she also enjoys doing with our toddlers! We are so excited to have Ms. Sierra as a part of our Primrose Anson Family!
Mrs. Amany
Mrs. Amany is from Cairo, Egypt and has a few years of experience in Early Childhood. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. All of our toddlers love Mrs. Amany, as she treats each child as her own. You know that your child is in good hands with her! We are so lucky that Mrs. Amany is a part of our Primrose Family!
Mrs. Adiame
Mrs. Adiame is from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and has joined us here at Primrose Anson-Zionsville. Mrs. Adiame has years of experience from working with children and being a mother of her own 2 children as well. In her spare time she enjoys watching the sunrise, cooking, playing with her children, and relaxing by watching T.V. Mrs. Adiame is excited to create engaging educational activities for the children to do in the classroom!
Mrs. Kelli
Mrs. Kelli is from Pioneer, Louisiana and has over 4 years experience in Early Childhood. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, shopping, decorating and painting, and traveling. Mrs. Kelli loves each child has her own and she enjoys being silly with the kids. We are so excited to have Mrs. Kelli here at Primrose!
