We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Tessa is from Whitestown, Indiana and has a couple years of experience from babysitting kids in her neighborhood. In her free time, Tessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and cheering on her high school football team! We are excited to have Ms. Tessa part of our Primrose Family!

Mrs. Melissa is from Beaufort, South Carolina. Melissa has worked in childcare for over 15 years! Mrs. Melissa enjoys fly fishing, puzzles, card games, and spending time with her family. We are excited to have Mrs. Melissa in our infant classroom as she makes all of our families feel welcomed and loved, as we know dropping off your babies for the first time can be so difficult.

Ms. Kristin is from Lebanon, Indiana and still currently lives there with her two children. Kristin has over 13 years of childcare experience along with raising two children of her own. Ms. Kristin loves spending time with her kids, going on vacations by the ocean, kayaking, camping, and cheering on the Colts, Cubs, and Pacers. Kristin does such a great job of making sure all our infants are taken care of each day and willing to help where ever she is needed.

Ms. Lexi is from Lebanon, Indiana and has a couple years of experience in early childhood education. In Ms. Lexi’s free time, she enjoys listening to music, doing her nails, and taking car rides. Most of the time you can catch Ms. Lexi in our Early Preschool Classroom, if you can’t find her in there then she is loving on the other children around the school. Ms. Lexi has been a wonderful addition to our Primrose Anson Family!

Ms. Elisabeth is from Pendleton, IN and is currently working on obtaining her CDA. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. Ms. Elisabeth will be one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and you know that your child is well loved in her care!
