
Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots, sheets and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Cecilia
Ms. Cecilia has been with Primrose School of Woodstock for 29 years! She has three children and six grandchildren. She loves to spend time watching sports with them. Her passion for young children comes from her love of watching them grow into their personalities and reach those fundamental milestones. She can’t wait for another amazing year with her students!

Ms. Marina
Ms. Marina loves keeping up with the toddlers and watching them grow. They are fun, and funny, and so ready to learn – they absorb everything! She speaks both Portuguese and English, has a dog named Tommy and in her spare time she enjoys figure skating and hiking!

Ms. Marie
Ms. Marie has wanted to be a teacher since she was a little girl. Now teaching brings joy to her life every day! She loves watching her students learn and grow and she’s excited to see all the progress they will make this year. Some fun facts about her are that she love plants animals and all that is related to nature. Her family is from Germany and she speaks German!
She has a dog, a gecko and a betta fish and she loves to go on hikes and explore nature!

Ms. Alejandra
Ms. Alejandra grew up in Columbia, the eldest of three daughters. She is our ‘Toddler Whisperer’ and just loves working with the one year olds. She received her Early Childhood Education degree in Australia and has worked with young children for over eight years. She has a passion for marketing and would someday like to travel to New Zealand.

Ms. Sonia
Ms. Sonia was born and raised in the Philippines and came to the U. S. in 2005. She has been with our Primrose school for over 15 years and has always had a passion for working with children because they bring such joy and happiness to her life. Raising her sister’s three children back in the Philippines made her realize this passion.
She is currently in school pursuing her bachelor’s degree and in her spare time she enjoys interior decorating.
