I am an experienced early childhood education professional with 28 years in the field and more than two decades of dedicated service with Primrose Schools. I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and have contributed to nearly every level of classroom and school operations throughout my career.

During my 24 years with Primrose, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including infant teacher, preschool teacher, assistant director, director, and area director. I have worked at four different Primrose Schools, gaining a broad perspective and deep understanding of early childhood education and school leadership. My extensive experience, hands-on leadership, and commitment to nurturing children’s growth have allowed me to serve as a trusted mentor to staff and a supportive partner to families. I am passionate about creating warm, developmentally appropriate learning environments where children can truly thrive.

Hello everyone! My name is Seth Cornelius, and I’m extremely honored to be at Primrose School of West Chester in the School Director role!

I come to our Primrose School family with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and over a decade of experience in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field, including a wealth of experience specifically in ECE program administration, both at school and regional leadership levels. I am in no way, shape or form a stranger to what it takes to consistently offer quality experiences and early education to little ones. Most programs I’ve led and supported in my career have held a five-star/Gold rating in Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program, in addition to earning national accreditation through organizations, such as the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for example.

In my time outside of our school, you can witness my singing and teaching of private voice lessons in many vocal styles, including but not limited to opera/classical, pop, R & B, gospel, rock, etc. You can also witness the ongoing presence of my family and close friends, as I love creating  memories with them. Family is everything to me!

I am very passionate about establishing and maintaining close-knit, positive partnerships with families for the whole benefit of their young children. Community is absolutely imperative for the success of little ones prior to Kindergarten entry. I vow to give my best self in my daily practices, with the intent for this ideology to radiate throughout our entire team of amazing school leaders and educators!

I’ve been part of the Primrose team since 2023 and absolutely love being part of such a supportive and engaging learning environment. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University, and I’m passionate about helping children grow socially and emotionally.

In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, watching movies, and participating in community theater—being on stage is one of my favorite creative outlets!

I live with my husband and our little zoo—two doodles and three cats! I’ve been working in education in various roles for over 15 years and have been proudly teaching at Primrose since 2017.

I hold a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Biological Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago. In my free time, I enjoy photography, reading, hiking, traveling, and volunteering. I’m also a huge Harry Potter fan and a proud OG Swiftie!

I’ve been working in childcare for the past twelve years and joined the Primrose team in 2021. Caring for children is truly my passion, and I’m excited to continue this journey with all of you.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—especially camping and fishing. I also cherish every moment I get to spend with my grandchildren. Cooking is another favorite hobby of mine, and I’m always trying out new recipes and flavors.

I’ve been part of the Primrose family since 2017 and currently teach Pre-Kindergarten. Originally from Syracuse, New York, I’ve called Cincinnati home since 2011.

I’m fortunate to share life with my wonderful wife, our daughter, two sons, a dog, and two cats—it’s a full and happy house! Outside the classroom, I’m an actor at Dent Schoolhouse in the fall, and I enjoy writing and taking voice acting lessons in my free time.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching at Primrose since 2012. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed working with Young Toddlers, School-agers, and now, our precious Infants. Supporting children through these early developmental stages has been such a rewarding part of my career.

My daughter, Abby, lives nearby in Fairfield, while my son, John, and his wife, Melissa, live in the Washington, D.C. area. I love to travel—especially when it means visiting loved ones or relaxing at the beach. In my free time, I enjoy reading and am part of a book club. I’m also a self-proclaimed “word nerd” who loves diving into the New York Times games like Wordle, Letter Boxed, and Connections.

I can’t wait to meet you and your family and be a part of your child’s early learning journey.

I’ve been working with children since 2019, with a focus on preschoolers. I have experience with children of all ages, and I truly love coming to work each day to help young children grow and thrive in their learning and development.

I’ve been working with children since 2014 and attended Butler Tech for Early Childhood Education. I joined the Primrose team in 2024, and I absolutely love helping my students’ personalities shine, guiding them to become problem solvers, and making learning fun and exciting for them.

In my free time, I enjoy bargain shopping at Dollar Tree, and I have an interesting hobby—I’ve been to Korea 12 times! It’s one of my favorite places to visit.

I started my teaching journey at Primrose in 2024, and I absolutely love sharing my love for learning and fun facts with my students. I’m a big nerd at heart and enjoy cosplaying, playing video games, listening to music, dancing ballet, reading, and even playing Dungeons & Dragons.

In addition to teaching, I’ve been an actor for Kings Island’s Haunt since 2019, which is always a thrilling experience!

I began my journey in early childhood education in 2013, and it has been such a rewarding experience ever since. I’m currently working toward my associate degree in Early Childhood Education to continue growing in the field I love.

Hi! My name is Ms. Denson, and I have been a proud member of the Primrose team since 2020. I have a passion for teaching and love helping children grow, explore, and develop confidence in their learning.

Over the past few years, I have been teaching Pre-K, and it has been incredibly rewarding to watch each child learn in their own unique way. Seeing their curiosity spark and their skills blossom is truly one of my favorite parts of this work.

I transferred to Primrose School of West Chester in 2026 from Primrose School at P&G Winton Hill and have been part of the Primrose family since January 2021. I bring experience across all classrooms and age groups and previously served as a member of the Leadership Team at our Winton Hill location.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and am currently pursuing my cosmetology license. I am married and truly enjoy building meaningful connections with children and families. I am so excited to be back in the classroom and to continue supporting each child’s learning and growth.

Hi, I’m Toni Galligan! I began my early childhood teaching journey in 2018 and have been with Primrose since 2022. I have taught in the Toddler and Early Preschool Pathways classrooms and have learned so much throughout my time at Primrose.

I truly love watching children learn and grow each day. I am a proud mom of four grown children and a grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. In my free time, you’ll often find me spending time with my granddaughters or cheering on the Columbus Blue Jackets!

I have thirteen years of professional teaching experience in both the early childhood education and elementary education spaces. I hold a Master of Science degree in Art Education. I have 20+ years of culinary experience. I really enjoy cooking, going to social outings, and making everyone feel warm and welcomed! I am currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts. I’m really looking forward to growing with the Primrose family!
