Hello and welcome!
My name is Divya Dsouza, and I am honored to serve as the Franchise Owner of Primrose School at Torrey Peaks. I am excited to welcome families to our school and to continue building a nurturing, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people succeed, building strong relationships, and creating positive environments where individuals and families feel supported. I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management and have spent more than 15 years in leadership and operations roles with organizations such as Kaiser Permanente and CirrusMD, where I developed a passion for building strong teams, supporting families, and creating environments where people can thrive. These experiences have reinforced my belief that success begins with meaningful relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence.
As the parent of a young toddler, I understand firsthand how important the early years are in shaping a child’s confidence, character, and lifelong love of learning. Like many parents, I wanted a place where my child would feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for while being challenged to grow and explore the world around them. That personal journey is what drew me to Primrose Schools and its Balanced Learning approach, which thoughtfully combines academic learning with character development, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
I believe every child deserves a nurturing environment where they feel known, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. I am proud to be part of a school community that shares those values and is dedicated to partnering with families to help children build active minds, healthy bodies, and happy hearts.
As an onsite owner, I am committed to being actively involved in the life of our school and building meaningful partnerships with families, teachers, and the surrounding community. My goal is to create a school culture where every child is known, every family feels welcomed, and every teacher is empowered to make a lasting difference in the lives of children.
At Primrose School at Torrey Peaks, we are dedicated to helping children build active minds, healthy bodies, and happy hearts. I look forward to getting to know your family and partnering with you throughout your child’s educational journey.
Warmly,
Divya Dsouza
