Primrose School of Tomball is a Privately owned Cognia accredited school. We are currently looking for a qualified Preschool Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has strong Leadership skills (1+ years in managerial role), an early childhood experience (2+ years of working in a child care center), AND great people skills to serve our Private Preschool children whose ages range from infants through after-school care. The position is a Full-Time Salaried position.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s Degree
• 1 Year Experience in a Managerial role
• 2 Years’ Experience in the childcare industry
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills, and can multi-task
• Willing to learn to drive a 14-passenger vehicle for field trip transportation (No Special License Required)
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and converse with teachers and parents to build trusted relationships
• Provides professional support for the teachers and identifies staff training needs via observations.
• Confidently make on-the-fly scheduling decisions to direct teachers where to go
• Understands Texas Child Care Licensing requirements ensuring the school’s compliance
• Control variable costs including payroll and supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting $40,000.00
