Primrose School of Tomball is a Privately owned Cognia accredited school. We are currently looking for a qualified Preschool Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has strong Leadership skills (1+ years in managerial role), an early childhood experience (2+ years of working in a child care center), AND great people skills to serve our Private Preschool children whose ages range from infants through after-school care. The position is a Full-Time Salaried position.

REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s Degree</li>
<li>1 Year Experience in a Managerial role</li>
<li>2 Years’ Experience in the childcare industry</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Strong organization skills, and can multi-task</li>
<li>Willing to learn to drive a 14-passenger vehicle for field trip transportation (No Special License Required)</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children</li>
</ul>
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Greet and converse with teachers and parents to build trusted relationships</li>
<li>Provides professional support for the teachers and identifies staff training needs via observations.</li>
<li>Confidently make on-the-fly scheduling decisions to direct teachers where to go</li>
<li>Understands Texas Child Care Licensing requirements ensuring the school&#8217;s compliance</li>
<li>Control variable costs including payroll and supplies</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>

IDEAL CANDIDATE 
*Must be comfortable changing diapers 
*Must have experience in educating young children in a child care setting 
*Must be able to make and/or follow a schedule for a variety of children simultaneously 
*Strong organizational skills and time management
QUALIFICATIONS 
-Must obtain Texas FBI Fingerprint. 
-Must clear the background check. 
-Must be reliable, punctual and have dependable transportation. 
-Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid immediately
