All of our educators and administrative personnel are trained on our Standards of Ethical Conduct. All personnel, support employees, and school administrators have an obligation to report misconduct which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student. Examples of misconduct include obscene language, drug/alcohol use, disparaging comments, prejudice, cheating/testing violations, physical aggression, and accepting/offering favors. Reports of misconduct should be made to Ms. Debra Temple, Director; Ms. Chelsea Chaires, Director of Operations/Partner, or Ms. Christy Blackard, onsite Franchise Owner. Legally sufficient allegations of misconduct by Florida educators will be reported to the Office of Professional Practices. All employees and administrators have a duty to report all actual or suspected cases of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect which can be reported by calling 1-800-96-ABUSE or by completing a report online at www.dcf.state.fl.us/abuse/report.
