Ms. Kelsey began working at Primrose in October 2023 and is so energized by the opportunity to be a part of the exceptional educational experience provided to children. Ms. Kelsey has a MA degree in Education from the University of Minnesota. Prior to Primrose, she was a classroom teacher for Minneapolis Public School for 13 years. In her spare time, she loves reading, writing, and hanging out with her daughter.

Nichole has joined our team as Assistant Director in 2026. Nichole brings over a decade of leadership experience in people-centered environments, where she has built a strong reputation for fostering welcoming, supportive spaces for both staff and families. Her background in team development, communication, and guest experience translates beautifully into early childhood education, where relationships, trust, and consistency matter most.

Ms. Ashley joined Primrose in April 2026. She has a background in education, along with experience in digital marketing and social media, and a heart for working with children in a way that makes them feel seen, supported, and confident.
