Our Preschool Classroom
Your 3-year-old is opening up their world, developing special friendships, learning new words and forming new ideas every day. Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Ms. Sheldean Wollam
Ms. Sheldean has been a part of the Primrose School of South Gilbert family for 2 years and brings a passion for early childhood education to the classroom every day. One of her favorite parts of our curriculum is our Balanced Learning Approach, which allows balances nurturing guidance with purposeful play; “learning feels natural and fun at our school”. Ms. Sheldean especially loves seeing her students’ growth and development, and she cherishes her strong bonds with each individual student.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Sheldean enjoys reading, concert going, and playing puzzles. A beloved family tradition she looks forward to each year is Posadas, Christmas and Dia de Muertos.
Her favorite children’s book is Green Eggs and Ham because of its deeper meanings and silly nature. Ms. Sheldean is excited to continue creating a joyful, safe, and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
