Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

I’m Nevelle Baldwin. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have been at PSSW since 2018. I love working with children! I am a parent to two boys. I adopted my second son when he was in Middle School with my biological son! I love working with children of all ages. I love to have fun and socialize with people who enjoy the same things that I like. I also love traveling and spending time with my family. Working here at Primrose has been an amazing experience. I love being able to touch the hearts of every student who is in my care.
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Hello! My name is Tyunia Rhoden and I am the assistant teacher in the Infant 1 classroom. I have been here at PSSW for over 10 years. I am originally from Dallas, Texas but a job opportunity for my husband relocated us to Georgia 20 years ago. I am the mother of 6 beautiful girls and 13 grandchildren! I have been in the childcare business for over 15 years. When I’m not loving my infants at work or enjoying time with my grandchildren, I stay active with my church. I enjoy gospel music and reading books about faith. I look forward to many more happy years working with the infants here at Primrose Smyrna West!
