Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Nichole Carpenter. I am the Regional Director at N&E Learning. I graduated from Wittenberg University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have worked in the child care environment in the past as a Kindergarten Teacher, but I have also worked with children of all ages. I worked with Primrose School of Reynoldsburg as the assistant director for three years, then served as director for 4. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my 3 beautiful daughters. I love Primrose because we are so much more than just a daycare and I have loved watching all of the children, including my own, flourish over the years.

Hello, My Name is Liza Price. I am the School Director here at Primrose of Reynoldsburg. I am originally from East Liverpool OH, but have lived in Columbus for the last 11 years. I have been in the Early Childhood field for over 15 years now.  I started as a Preschool teacher before moving to a Curriculum Coordinator and then School Director.  I have an Associate’s Degree in Education from Columbus State as well as a Preschool CDA and a certificate in Administration.  I am a mom of three wonderful children, ages 13,12, and 5.  In my free time, I love to watch sports, travel, read, and spend time with my children.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Linda Partridge and I am the Education Coach here at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg. I am originally from Cleveland, OH but I have lived in Columbus for the past 30 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in music therapy from Slippery Rock University. I worked in eldercare for several years, was a full-time Mom for 10 years and worked as a Preschool teacher and Director for the past 13 years. What I love about early childhood education is seeing the wonder and excitement in the children as they make new discoveries and connections. In my spare time I love spending time with family, knitting, reading & taking care of my 2 dogs. I am so excited to join the Primrose family and cannot wait to meet everyone here!

Hello, my name is Ms. Michelle Adams and I am the Administrative Assistant here at Primrose.  I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and I now live in Columbus.  I enjoy working with children, watching them grow, and helping them to learn new things.   I have been working in child care for ten years and I truly enjoy it.  In my free time I enjoy reading, taking walks in the park, and doing crafts.   I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg!

I’m Ms. Verrico.  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I  graduated with my Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Point Park University.  I have over twenty years of experience working with children of all ages.  In my free time, I enjoy taking nature walks, upcycling antique items, spending time with my birds, traveling, and riding roller coasters!

I’m Hailey Smith.  I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I am from Lithopolis, OH! I graduated from Capital University with my Bachelor’s in Primary Childhood Education (PK-5).  I have been with Primrose since 2023 and have loved getting to know each family and watching every student learn and grow  through the years. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, or do some sort of craft!

I’m Ms. White, I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I’m excited to learn and grow with the students at Primrose. I graduated high school in 2013. After graduation I started working for the city. I worked during summer as a playground leader. I also have experience working in a pre-k classroom and as an assistant director.  I have a background in social service and working with the youth from ages 6 weeks to 21 years old.

My name is Ms. Graham. I am one of the Pre-Kindergarten Teachers here at Primrose. I am from Akron, OH but recently relocated to Columbus. I have over 20 years of experience working with children where I have worked a various centers as both a teacher and administrator. It is a true joy to work with children and help them grow. I am so very excited to meet all the students at Primrose.

I have been working in childcare for three years now. I really love what I do. What I love about teaching is seeing each child grow, make progress, and also seeing them get excited about learning. I am looking forward to this new adventure at Primrose and being able to build relationships with the families and staff. I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful team.

I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I have worked in childcare for over five years with children of all ages.  I enjoy working with children because it is a special job to raise and encourage our future generations.  I have two girls of my own and I enjoy spending time with them and my big family in my free time.  I love all things creative!  I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro before returning home to Columbus to be closer to my family!

I’m Ms. Wilkes.  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am a high school graduate,  and I have been working with children since I was a child myself!  I started by watching family and friends, and then I started babysitting for a family at 13.  I’ve always been told I was a “baby whisperer.”  I love building connections with children.  For fun, I enjoy going on walks, painting, and going to the gym.  I am so excited for this new adventure!

I’m Ms. Russell. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I have been working in childcare for about four years now with children of various ages. I have an unexplainable love for helping children learn to read and write. I also love that I get to share my joy of painting and singing with the children every day. I am looking forward to helping the students of Primrose learn and grow while having fun!

I’m Ms. Galdamez. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

While this is my first experience working in a childcare center, I have been around children my whole life and come from a very large family. I just love watching kids’ faces light up when they’re learning something new. It’s so heartwarming. I have a daughter of my own and love to take her for walks and play games with her. One of my favorite things to do is crafts, especially with my nieces and nephews.

My name is Ms. Cody, and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I have 3 years of child care experience as a nanny. I am currently attending Ohio University to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing them learn and smile throughout the day. I have a passion for teaching children new things, and am excited to explore this new journey of working with the children at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg. I look forward to meeting everyone!

I’m Ms. Hornick. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am adopted into a family of 9. All six of my siblings are also adopted. I grew up in the Cleveland area, but I am currently living in Columbus. In my free time I like to do anything fashion related, and watch movies. I don’t have childcare experience in a specific facility, but I started babysitting my sibling and outside family friends at the age of 12.

I’m Ms. Chelsea Barrett,  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am from Reynoldsburg, OH! I graduated from Reynoldsburg High School and have been married to my husband, Troy, for 10 years. We have two sons, Jayden and Colson. In our free time, we love to discover new restaurants and try new foods!

My name is Jamie Green, and I am 44 years old with two children of my own and a bonus daughter. I am currently planning my wedding for 2027. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I have been working in Childcare for over 10 years and have loved working with every age group. My passion is helping children learn and grow.

I’m Ms. Cecil. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am an infant teacher here at Primrose. I was born and raised in Columbus.  I am the second oldest of five children, so I have been around children my entire life. I am a high school graduate, and I also attended nursing school for a while.  I would love to go back one day! I am a mother to four beautiful children and two bonus children. I have always wanted a career where I get to work with children.  Now that my own children are grown, I am excited to care for and nurture other babies!

I’m Ms. Mulkey.  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am the food service teacher here at Primrose.  This is my first experience in a childcare center but I love to cook and I love children!  I am a mom myself and I coach little league.  I love making desserts and volunteering at my son’s school.  My absolute favorite thing to do is go to concerts.  I am looking forward to this new adventure and getting to know everyone
