Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Nichole Carpenter. I am the Regional Director at N&E Learning. I graduated from Wittenberg University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have worked in the child care environment in the past as a Kindergarten Teacher, but I have also worked with children of all ages. I worked with Primrose School of Reynoldsburg as the assistant director for three years, then served as director for 4. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my 3 beautiful daughters. I love Primrose because we are so much more than just a daycare and I have loved watching all of the children, including my own, flourish over the years.

Hello, My Name is Liza Price. I am the School Director here at Primrose of Reynoldsburg. I am originally from East Liverpool OH, but have lived in Columbus for the last 11 years. I have been in the Early Childhood field for over 15 years now.  I started as a Preschool teacher before moving to a Curriculum Coordinator and then School Director.  I have an Associate’s Degree in Education from Columbus State as well as a Preschool CDA and a certificate in Administration.  I am a mom of three wonderful children, ages 13,12, and 5.  In my free time, I love to watch sports, travel, read, and spend time with my children.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Linda Partridge and I am the Education Coach here at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg. I am originally from Cleveland, OH but I have lived in Columbus for the past 30 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in music therapy from Slippery Rock University. I worked in eldercare for several years, was a full-time Mom for 10 years and worked as a Preschool teacher and Director for the past 13 years. What I love about early childhood education is seeing the wonder and excitement in the children as they make new discoveries and connections. In my spare time I love spending time with family, knitting, reading & taking care of my 2 dogs. I am so excited to join the Primrose family and cannot wait to meet everyone here!

Hello, my name is Ms. Michelle Adams and I am the Administrative Assistant here at Primrose.  I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and I now live in Columbus.  I enjoy working with children, watching them grow, and helping them to learn new things.   I have been working in child care for ten years and I truly enjoy it.  In my free time I enjoy reading, taking walks in the park, and doing crafts.   I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg!

I  graduated with my Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Point Park University.  I have over twenty years of experience working with children of all ages.  In my free time, I enjoy taking nature walks, upcycling antique items, spending time with my birds, traveling, and riding roller coasters!

I’m excited to learn and grow with the students at Primrose. I graduated high school in 2013. After graduation I started working for the city. I worked during summer as a playground leader. I also have experience working in a pre-k classroom and as an assistant director.  I have a background in social service and working with the youth from ages 6 weeks to 21 years old.

My name is Ms. Graham. I am one of the Pre-Kindergarten Teachers here at Primrose. I am from Akron, OH but recently relocated to Columbus. I have over 20 years of experience working with children where I have worked a various centers as both a teacher and administrator. It is a true joy to work with children and help them grow. I am so very excited to meet all the students at Primrose.

I’m Ms. Thomas. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am very outgoing person and love meeting new people. I graduated back in 2023 at Watkins Memorial High School and right after I decided working with kids is something I really enjoy doing. I’ve been working with kids for a little over 3 years now, started off with babysitting and transitioned to working at childcare centers.

I’m Ms. Burhns. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I started working with children at the YMCA about 3 years ago and wanted to pursue more with it. I came here to Primrose to help care for children, giving them love and care and teaching them in different ways from emotional intelligence to the basics of ABC’s, colors, and shapes. I have always been great with children, and I am excited to be here. I love taking candid photos and playing games. I am looking forward to giving my love and care to children and becoming apart of the parents’ village.

I’m Ms. Hargrove. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I’m very excited to start my first year as a teacher. My goal is to be the teacher I didn’t have when I was a kid. I love being able to be apart of the kids’ story and watch them grow. My hobbies are reading, spending time with my family, and watching baking shows with my sister.

I’m Mr. Howard. I am currently enrolled at Columbus State Community College for Psychology.  I have been working with children for five years now.  I also come from a large family and have roughly 13 nephews and 4 nieces.  I have always enjoyed watching them.  I love having the opportunity to educate and mold young minds.  For fun, I like to listen to music, have conversations with my friends, and take nature walks.  I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

I’m Ms. Wilkes.  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am a high school graduate,  and I have been working with children since I was a child myself!  I started by watching family and friends, and then I started babysitting for a family at 13.  I’ve always been told I was a “baby whisperer.”  I love building connections with children.  For fun, I enjoy going on walks, painting, and going to the gym.  I am so excited for this new adventure!

I’m Ms. Magar. I’m a Preschool Pathways teacher here at Primrose.  While I have not worked in a formal childcare setting, I have been watching children for over six years now.  I hope to gain a lot of knowledge at Primrose.  In my spare time, I love to crochet and binge-watch movies.  I also love taking walks when the weather is nice!  I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

I’m Ms. Conn. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am currently a freshman at OSU, majoring in Biology and Pre-Veterinary medicine. I have over 8 years of experience babysitting for friends and family and three months in a childcare facility. I spend my free time with family doing things like family dinners and holiday parties. I have a dog, gecko, and bearded dragon that I adore fully. I also took four years of Spanish in high school.

I’m Ms. Despeignes.  I have always dreamed of teaching in a classroom, and I am so excited to take my first step here at Primrose.  I am Haitian, so I speak French and Haitian Creole.  I used to live in Argentina, so I am also fluent in Spanish.  I am so passionate about teaching children because they know to learn while having fun, and while teaching them, I also get to learn and grow with them!

I am a Toddler teacher at Primrose. I am a high school graduate, and I have worked in childcare for a year now. I also come from a big family.  I have three sisters and a brother.  I have danced my entire life, so I love to be moving!  In my free time, I enjoy a good seafood boil!

I graduated High School in 2023 with my Cosmetology License. This is my first job in childcare, but I have taught Sunday School and babysat for friends and family. I love teaching because I get to see kids develop and grasp new concepts everyday. In my free time I like to do names and watch documentaries. I am looking forward to teaching the kids new things everyday, getting to know all my coworkers and families, and gain more experience in child education.

I am currently attending Ohio University to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing them learn and smile throughout the day. I am adopted into a family of 9. All six of my siblings are also adopted. I grew up in the Cleveland area, but I am currently living in Columbus. In my free time I like to do anything fashion related, and watch movies. I don’t have childcare experience in a specific facility, but I started babysitting my sibling and outside family friends at the age of 12.

I’m Ms. Chelsea Barrett,  I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am from Reynoldsburg, OH! I graduated from Reynoldsburg High School and have been married to my husband, Troy, for 10 years. We have two sons, Jayden and Colson. In our free time, we love to discover new restaurants and try new foods!

My name is Jamie Green, and I am 44 years old with two children of my own and a bonus daughter. I am currently planning my wedding for 2027. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I am an infant teacher here at Primrose. I was born and raised in Columbus.  I am the second oldest of five children, so I have been around children my entire life. I am a high school graduate, and I also attended nursing school for a while.  I would love to go back one day! I am a mother to four beautiful children and two bonus children. I have always wanted a career where I get to work with children.  Now that my own children are grown, I am excited to care for and nurture other babies!
