Ana Bravo
Hello, my name is Ana Bravo and I am the Executive Director at Primrose School of Prestonwood. I graduated from the International Business Academy at Newman Smith High School and received my Child Development Associate degree in 2022.
I am a wife and mother to a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son! I have more than seven years of experience in early childcare education. I absolutely love working with children because I get to watch them grow and see them blossom into amazing little humans. The weekends are when I can spend time with my family, and we love spending time outdoors watching baseball games or just relaxing at home.
I am so excited to be a part of the Rigley’s Primrose Schools. Children and their growth and development are my passion and I look forward to creating a positive learning environment for not only them but for our amazing teachers as well. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!

LaMiya Smith
Hi families!! My name is Ms. LaMiya and I am so excited to be the Director of Education at Primrose School of Prestonwood! I have been a teacher at our Park Cities sister school for over a year and I come with an extensive education background. I loves to see teachers grow and as our Director of Education, I will ensure teachers and children are always supported.
I am a Dallas native and proud mom to two beautiful girls. I have always had a heart for working with children, and over the past eight years, I have been lucky enough to gain experience in preschools, teaching 6th grade Reading and Language Arts, and as a travel nanny. Every role has reminded me just how special it is to be a small part of a child’s journey.
When I am not working, I am probably in the kitchen cooking something new, coloring, trying a new restaurant, or catching up on reality TV. I also have a huge love for dance and had the opportunity to dance professionally for several arena football and MASL teams here in the DFW area, an experience that taught me confidence, teamwork, and dedication.
I am so excited for this opportunity to serve as an advocate, and support system for both teachers and families. I truly believe it takes a village, and I am grateful to be part of one. There is nothing more rewarding than watching children grow into amazing little people! I can’t wait to cheer them on every step of the way!

Lindsay Fowler
Howdy!! My name is Lindsay Fowler and I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose of Prestonwood family. I am originally from Portland, Texas but moved to the Dallas area 16 years ago. I come from a large family that includes multiple nieces & nephews. Being an aunt is one of the most rewarding and special titles I have ever had the honor of being blessed with!
I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years. I have had the privilege to shape young minds of all ages, from infants to high school age students. I have been with Dr. Rigley’s schools for over 12 years.
I am so excited to be part of the Primrose School of Prestonwood family as it gives me the opportunity to do what I love: teach young minds! Each and every day I learn something new from every child I encounter!
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!

Alex Pavolonis
Hi! My name is Alex, and I’m so excited to be joining the Primrose community! I’m originally from Connecticut and recently moved to Dallas. I have an older sister and a younger brother.
I attended the University of Vermont, where I earned my Bachelor of Social Work. I’ve worked with children for over four years in a variety of roles, including with adoption agencies, preschools, as a teaching intern, and as a behavioral counselor. These experiences have strengthened my passion for supporting and helping children grow.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, reading a good book, and getting creative through arts and crafts or trying new projects. I also love spending time with my family, taking my dog, Lola, on long walks, and playing the guitar. My favorite color is pink, and if there’s pasta on the menu, I’m always happy—it’s my favorite food!
I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you and becoming part of the Primrose family!

We are passionate about early childhood education and we are committed to serving the educational needs of every community we touch. As a family of educators, we are the proud owners of Primrose Schools of Frisco West, Klyde Warren Park, Park Cities, Plano at Preston Meadow, Prestonwood, Dallas at Kessler Park, Temple, and Waco at Woodway. I am eager for you to learn more about our Balanced Learning Approach when you visit our school.
Prior to our Primrose journey, becoming a parent was the start of understanding the importance of sharing milestones and precious moments with a select few. Knowing that having good quality childcare would be a home away from home, meant care that would help my children become individuals who could positively influence their immediate environment and future generations. We have always felt our values should be above standard, and during our childcare search, we were underwhelmed with our findings. My wife and I were excited to discover a Primrose for our girls where our standards were not only met but surpassed!
Our Primrose journey began when our oldest daughter Maya was born, but it wasn’t until the birth of our second daughter, Meira, that I decided to couple my experience with my passion for early childhood education to open our first Primrose School in 2003! Since then, we have had the honor and privilege of becoming the proud owners of 8 schools. As an owner, I feel it is important that I am involved in every aspect of our schools, from the curriculum implementation to the menu. In providing a home away from home for our families, our highest priority is the health, safety and growth of our staff and students, as well as providing superior customer service to our families.
Our schools are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve and are actively involved in supporting several local foundations and charities. As a family, we enjoy “traveling with a purpose.” Most recently, our travels took us through Myanmar and Zimbabwe, where we visited various schools. We particularly enjoy visiting schools across the world to deepen our understanding of education across cultures and to offer help to schools in need.
As a long-term resident of Dallas, Texas, our family loves to spend time reading books across all genres, cooking family recipes, going on walks with our dog Roxy, and traveling. Maya, my older daughter, is a Fullbright Scholar who graduated from the University of Texas and is currently attending Baylor Law School. My youngest daughter, Meira, is also a graduate of the University of Texas, majoring in marketing at the McCombs School of Business and is currently attending the MBA program.
We hope you soon become a part of our family and that we can share in the joy of seeing your little one grow into a bright influencer of their generation!
I look forward to personally meeting you soon.
Sincerely,
Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD
