We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

I’m Mrs. Naomi and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am from Jackson, MS and I have been married 29 years and have two sons. I have my CDA in Early Childhood. I have more than 30 years of Early Childhood Education experience and I am so excited to be a part of the Prestonwood family! I love shopping, eating out, family time and traveling.

I have one sister and two brothers and I live with my partner. I love making art, reading and going on nature walks. I have just over a year of Early Childhood Education experience and I am so excited to be a part of the Prestonwood family!

I was born & raised in Austin, Texas! I moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth when I was 15 years old. I have two older brothers. One lives in Florida and the other recently moved back to Austin. I live with my boyfriend, Alexander and October is our 2nd anniversary. I love sewing, painting, drawing, playing video games and baking! I have 4 years of Early Childhood Education experience and I am so excited to be a part of the Prestonwood family!

I am from Venezuela. I grew up in Isla de Margarita, Venezuela. My mom and dad are in Venezuela and will be celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year. I have three sisters and one brother. I am Christian and love Jesus. I love to sing. My favorite food is Italian. I miss my family but God gave me a wonderful partner.
