Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Caitlin
I have been in the childcare industry since 2022.
I have been an employee at Primrose School of Parkwood Hill since June of 2026.
Educational Background: I have a Masters Degree in General Psychology and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice.
My Family & Pets: I am married and I have a almost 4-year-old daughter and two older step-children. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats.
My Favorite Thing About Working With Children: I love seeing how their personalities change and seeing them be so proud of themselves! I enjoy feeling rewarded as I am able to inspire, encourage, and teach our future generations.
My Family Traditions/Cultural Celebrations: Dia De Los Muertos, military holidays, and American and Mexican holidays/traditions.
My Favorite Color: Purple or Sage Green
My Favorite Animal: Dogs and Cats
Things I Like to Do in my Personal Time: Go the the gym, try new activities with my daughter, reading, or watching baseball/softball.
Ms. Trinity
I have been in the childcare industry since March of 2026.
I have been an employee at Primrose School of Parkwood Hill since March of 2026.
Educational Background: I have an associates in early education from Tarrant County College.
My Family & Pets: I live with my partner. We are currently looking into getting a dog! I have two younger brothers and both my parents work in education.
My Favorite Thing About Working With Children: I enjoy helping kids learn new things and getting to see them smile when they do!
