
Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Melanie
Hello, my name is Melanie.
I was born in Colima, Mexico, and grew up in Dallas, Texas. I have two older brothers and enjoy baking, spending time outdoors, and playing volleyball.
I am currently studying to become a pediatric nurse at Texas Woman’s University. I have over five years of childcare experience through volunteer work at my church. My favorite part of working with children is building trusting relationships and helping them learn and grow.

Hi, my name is Rosio.
I am born and raised in Dallas, TX. I have 4 siblings, 3 sisters and 1 brother. I have a baby boy that share his birthday with my grandpa. I am a former Primrose Park Cities teacher and recently returned to follow my passion of working with young children. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing their smiles and watching them learn.

Hello, my name is Rhythm.
I was born in Dallas, raised in Louisiana, attended high school in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned my Associate’s degree in Biology while attending college in Alabama. I have two children and come from a big family with three biological sisters and two adopted sisters.
I have three years of experience working at Primrose, where I’ve had the opportunity to support children’s growth during their most important developmental years. I enjoy creating a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Helping shape young minds and making a lasting impact on future generations is what I’m most passionate about.
