Franchise Owners
Rashi and Harman Jasdhaul
Hello!
We are Rashi and Harman Jasdhaul, the proud owners of the Primrose School of Old Bridge. We are parents to two wonderful boys, ages 5 and 9—one in Pre-K and the other in 3rd grade—who inspire us every day. Early childhood education has always been a passion of ours, and we are truly excited to be part of the Primrose family.
As parents, we understand how important it is for children to feel loved, supported, and safe at school. We also know how challenging it can be to find an environment that balances exceptional care with a strong educational foundation. Our passion for early childhood education, combined with our strong values and positive outlook, makes Primrose a natural fit for our family. We are especially drawn to Primrose’s Balanced Learning® approach, as we strongly believe in purposeful play guided by nurturing teachers.
Rashi brings over 15 years of experience in corporate Ethics and Compliance, grounding her leadership in integrity, quality, and thoughtful decision-making. At Primrose School of Old Bridge, she leads with empathy and a strong commitment to supporting children, families, and teachers alike.
Harman has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, bringing a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. At Primrose School of Old Bridge, he applies this expertise behind the scenes—supporting systems, processes, and long-term planning—so our teachers can focus on what matters most: nurturing, teaching, and inspiring children every day.
We truly believe it takes a village to raise—and educate—a child. At Primrose School of Old Bridge, we strive to spark the 4 C’s in every child—curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion—while making learning engaging and fun within a supportive, inclusive community.
We look forward to collaborating closely with our families, teachers, and the greater community to provide a nurturing, high-quality educational environment for every child who walks through our doors.
We can’t wait to meet you and your family!
