Ms. Courtney has been the Director of Primrose School of Old Bridge since 2022, bringing strong leadership, dedication, and a passion for early childhood education to our school community. In her role, she oversees daily operations, supports and mentors teachers, and ensures that every classroom delivers a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Ms. Cathleen has been an important part of the Primrose School of Old Bridge family for the past three years. As our Education Coordinator, she plays an essential role in bringing our Balanced Learning® curriculum to life each day.

She works closely alongside our teachers in the classrooms, providing hands-on support, coaching, guidance, and encouragement. Hi! I’m Allison, but you can call me Ally! I’m a Preschool Teacher in Preschool 2 with 9 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I absolutely love seeing the spark of excitement when children learn something new and watching their confidence bloom as they grow. Building meaningful connections and helping each child reach their full potential is the most rewarding part of what I do.

I create a safe, supportive classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn each day. My special interests include social-emotional learning, curriculum planning, classroom organization, and designing engaging, hands-on activities that bring lessons to life.

Ms. Akima has been a valued part of the Primrose School of Old Bridge family for more than two years and brings 12 years of experience in early childhood education to her classroom.

As our Early Preschool 2 Teacher, she is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to learn. One of the things she enjoys most is watching children grow, develop new skills, and gain confidence as they reach important milestones.

Ms. Akima believes every child deserves to feel heard and understood. She brings positivity, laughter, patience, and enthusiasm into the classroom each day and enjoys incorporating arts and crafts along with visual, auditory, and hands-on learning experiences to support different learning styles.

Fun Fact: Ms. Akima has never been to the West Coast!

Ms. Kihara is a dedicated teacher in the EPS 2 classroom, where she has been nurturing young learners for the past five years. She finds great joy in watching children reach important milestones and loves seeing their faces light up when they discover something new. Kihara strives to create a positive and engaging classroom environment through creativity, encouragement, and plenty of positive energy, ensuring every child feels special and excited to learn each day. A self-proclaimed arts and crafts enthusiast, she enjoys getting creative—and a little messy—with fun projects alongside her students. Outside the classroom, Kihara loves traveling and exploring new places, with Tokyo, Japan and Ireland at the top of her dream destinations list.

As our Early Preschool 1 Teacher, she loves getting to know each child and discovering the unique personality they bring to the classroom. One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching her students grow, reach new milestones, and gain confidence as they learn new skills.

Ms. Danielle creates a positive and encouraging classroom environment by supporting each child through important developmental stages, from learning letters to potty training. She enjoys giving positive feedback, planning meaningful learning experiences, and creating special art projects for children to share with their families.

Ms. Jayme brings four years of experience in early childhood education and a joyful, energetic approach to the classroom. She loves watching children reach new milestones, build confidence, and discover the world around them.

She keeps her classroom engaging and positive through dancing, dramatic play, silly songs, and hands-on activities that make learning fun while helping children transition smoothly throughout the day. Ms. Jayme also enjoys creating sensory experiences that encourage children to explore, imagine, and learn through play.
